Alpha King’s pregnant Ex-Luna

Nelly could not help but smile, her heart filled with pride and contentment as she watched her children. The decision to raise them with love had proved to be the right one, as they exuded confidence in their every step. However, she couldn’t help but notice the absence of child-like innocence in their eyes, except when they were with the Morris family.

She never imposed expectations or forced her children to follow a predetermined path. All she wished for was their happiness and the opportunity to experience the joys of childhood. Yet, they always surpassed what was expected of children their age.

“Tell me, Nelly. Did you play a role in that man’s arrest?” Ben asked, excitement radiating from him.

Nelly nodded, a hint of pride in her eyes. “Sort of.”

“I knew it! You’re amazing, Nelly!” Ben beamed proudly.

But Tony, always the sensible one, voiced his concern. “But it’s too dangerous! Are you alright, Nelly?”

Each of her children had their own distinct personality. Tony, the responsible one. Ben, carefree and full of life. And Donna, the sweetest of them all.

Tony had intended to involve Nelly in helping Alpha Kilian, but he never expected her to handle dangerous matters with her own hands. Even though everything turned out well, the thought of what could have happened made him shiver.

“Don’t worry! Nelly is not someone to be taken lightly,” Ben interjected.

Tony shot Ben a disapproving look. “It doesn’t matter if they can hurt her or not. I will always worry.”

Ben could only shrug, understanding the authority Tony held as their older brother.

Observing the concerned siblings gathered around Nelly, the rest of the family allowed them their space, knowing how worried they were.

Just then, Dan approached and informed Alpha Morris, “Dinner is ready, Alpha Morris.”

Alpha King Larry turned his attention to the kids and suggested, “Shall we have our dinner? Let’s live in the present. I’ve instructed the chef to prepare a feast tonight, so let’s enjoy a meal and chat.”

Everyone nodded and made their way to the dining hall.

Donna purposefully guided Alpha Kilian to sit next to Nelly at the dining table, while she took the seat on Nelly’s other side. Tony and Ben joined their sister, and Alpha King Larry and Alpha Wade occupied the seats next to their great-grandsons.

This was the family dinner Alpha King Larry had always dreamt of. Surrounded by loved ones, his heart overflowed with joy as he observed the scene before him.

As dinner commenced, Alpha King Larry busied himself with ensuring everyone was served, forgetting to eat himself.

Alpha Wade took notice and encouraged him to eat. “Stop fretting, everyone else is enjoying the food, except for you.”

“The sight of all of you happily eating is enough to bring me satisfaction,” Alpha King Larry happily replied.

“Alright. If that’s what pleases you, then sit back and watch!” Alpha Wade responded, eliciting a glare from Alpha King Larry.

Nelly came to the rescue, breaking the tension. “We will have many more meals together in the future, Alpha Morris. Please don’t worry about us and have something to eat as well.”

Alpha King Larry’s heart swelled with happiness upon hearing those words. He was overjoyed with the prospect of sharing more meals with his loved ones. With a smile, he picked up his cutlery and declared, “Of course. Your wishes are my command!”

Alpha Kilian’s eyes glimmered as he gazed at Nelly. She met his gaze, but a hint of confusion flickered in her eyes, unsure of the unusual expression on Alpha Kilian’s face.

Suddenly, Alpha Kilian spoke up. “Oh, the children’s birthdays are coming up. How did you usually celebrate in the past? Do you have any plans for this year?”

The kids, momentarily pausing their meal, were taken aback by his questions. Donna furrowed her brow, deep in thought, before exclaiming, “Oh yes, our birthdays are coming soon!”

Tony and Ben stared at Alpha Kilian in astonishment, surprised that he remembered their birthdays.

Nelly, too, was caught off guard and turned to observe Alpha Kilian, who wore a nonchalant expression.

“Let’s hear from the children,” Nelly answered.

Alpha Kilian immediately turned to the three kids and asked, “Do you have any suggestions? Is there something specific you’d like for your birthday?”

Tony and Ben shook their heads, while Donna made her request. “I want a party! And lots of desserts, with a big, big cake!” The little girl’s eyes sparkled with excitement.

Alpha Kilian nodded enthusiastically. “Sure! Anything else?”

“Everyone here should celebrate with me!” Donna declared.

The adults were moved by the innocent wish of the child, realizing that the kids desired their time and attention more than material things.

Alpha Kilian glanced at Nelly and then gave Donna a reassuring nod. “No problem. All of Donna’s wishes will come true!”

“Really?” Donna asked, a hint of uncertainty in her eyes.

“I promise!” Alpha Kilian affirmed.

Donna turned to Nelly, seeking her approval. What could Nelly say in the face of such an eager and hopeful expression? She nodded and said yes.

Donna’s joy knew no bounds as she exclaimed, “I’m so happy! This will be the best birthday ever!”

“You will have a happy birthday every year from now on!” Alpha Kilian added, his words filling Donna’s eyes with sparkle.

Having a father felt amazing to Donna. She yearned to snuggle up to him for comfort but refrained, fearing her brothers’ teasing.

Even Alpha King Larry was thrilled. “Leave the party to me! I will take care of the planning!”

Everyone turned to him, incredulous.

He frowned, chiding, “What’s that look for? I may be old, but I’m not foolish enough to think I can handle it alone. I will hire the best event planner and give my great-grandkids an unforgettable party!”

“I trust in you, Great-grandpa!” Donna chimed in, beaming with happiness.

“Donna is the best!” Alpha King Larry praised.

Nelly interrupted their cheerful banter. “There’s no need to spend so much, Alpha Morris. They are just children, so a simple party will do.”

“They may be children, but they are the most precious to me. I am willing to sacrifice anything for their happiness. I would give up Morris Corporation in exchange for their joy!” Alpha King Larry declared, his eyes filled with an overwhelming love for his grandkids.

In that moment, Nelly realized that her three children had already won over Alpha King Larry’s heart.
