Chapter 57 Ziu is here
Ziu Lee drove into the arena amidst heavy security up his teeth. His stares combed around the hotel complex, as he trudged down the step on his private jet, to see if Ruby was down stairs already.
The lift just descended at once and Ruby smiling cheek to cheek, pranced out of the elevator to welcome him.
“You are welcome, boss,” greeted Ruby, his smiles kept, as Ziu pushed forth his hands to shake hands with him.
He had always been that rich and loud billionaire with crisp looks. Donning in French tuxedo, bow tie and diamond stone oxfords, he prowled side by side with Ruby, speaking with the gentleness he could summon.
“I thought you wanted to sell this hotel,” he said to Ruby, keeping a stern look that housed the guts of a mouse. He was always discussing business whenever his lips were moving and his associates had cited it as reason for his numerous failed marriages. At a time the news making the round was that Ziu had signed countless of his ground-breaking contracts while on top of his wives in bed. “You little boys in the world of business don’t listen to deep rooted folks like us. I advised you against selling this edifice. I am happy you heeded. And I was willing to buy if actually you wanted to sell it.” His gaze came upon the skyscraper. “I will have shown you the many proceeds this edifice will have yielded if you had sold it to me.” He came to a halt, waved his hands at his aide and he advanced with code-locked briefcase and opened it quickly and slid out a document. “If I don’t show you this I may forget before I depart. I only have few days to spend here.” He pointed to a paragraph on the document. “Here, can you see this? This is my latest hospitality business in London. It has hanger for private jet owners and what have you. Now that is not the cake I want you to bite.” He pointed to a clause in the document. “Look at this. We opened for business in May and in June revenue generated was four trillion dollars, as against the two trillion dollars invested in it.” he closed the documents and his aide came for them. To Ruby he turned his fervent face and said, “If you don’t take risk investing, you have achieved a failure not known to man.”
Ruby smiled and shook his head. Ziu Lee! So you are still the same obsessed figure for wealth! You will never change! Ruby said in his head.
Ziu’s brightened face frowned terribly as he said, “Even I expected you to give it a face lift. My regular suite has unfriendly, malfunctioning wi fi, and I get to touch ground floor whenever my jet hangs. These things are not supposed to be. My jets hanger is meant to be traceable to my suite, so as I’m alighting I’m making into my suite without the watch of onlookers. That is how my hotel in London was plotted.”
“OK, boss,”
The lift sensed them and yawned for them to enter. Soon they were ascending the skyscraper. For a moment they were reserved;, Ziu was glaring at the falls of the horizon across Kowloon and Ruby observed him and perceived he was thinking about what to say next; business and money of course!
“The guys need to assemble for a meeting. We have a new romantic gold stake to settle!” said Ziu, tapping on his phone to fetch the news.
“What could that be?” Ruby was struck off balance as his heart beamed on Fanny reporting him to Ziu over snatching Opula from him. Fanny could pull it through; unless it hadn’t occurred to him.Content © provided by NôvelDrama.Org.
“Look at this message,” Ziu said, tilting his phone to his view. “Chinese government wants to help resuscitate the Philippine government. They want us to invest in thirty percent shares. We need to come together and plan how we can earn it. Already I have invested twenty percent. The remaining ten percent is for you guys,” he mumbled.
Ruby gave him a gripping stare; he expected that to happen. He was always fond of going ahead of them to secure the gold mine because retaining his stand as the highest shareholder of Ziu Tech was a priority. He was the second richest share holder after Ziu and becoming the richest shareholder was a fit that may never be accomplished.
“I will brief you on the success of our new APP soon,” he said, and the lift halted, sliced open and they sprinted to the reception, and staffers rained their greeting.
Opula cupped her jaw with mean eyes staring at them on the CCTV. All along she had been watching them on the screen, and writhing in pain. Earlier he had fussed up with the bartender who agreed to poison the last drink Ziu Lee would drink before his departure.
“Listen up, I don’t want a wagged job,” she had warned the bartender. “I don’t want him to die here either. He must die on his way. If you flop this job, you will go down not me,” she had warned the bartender.
She paced up and down the room, waiting for the bartender to pick up his call. “Yes, hello, Ziu is here. Station your mind for evil.” She said, hung up, gaping at the TV, while Ziu check into his suite. Two thick, blond, naked escorts were already in bed, stretching wide their legs for his pleasure. His security searched the escorts of any weapon, and once they were satisfied they left Ziu to his prey. Ziu stood moping at the escorts as they undress him like a kid just back from school, led him to the mini pool, and washed him. His eyes had shut, his teeth had clenched- one of the escorts had gone beneath the pool to give him a head, while the other washed him majestically.
