Chapter 17 First Love
Carl Demon’s Point of View
After I brought Hailey’s friends to the dorm, I went straight to the headmaster’s office.
“President, you can’t come in.” The guards said.
“I can come in if you’re dead.” I said emphatically.
“We’re just following orders.” He insisted.
“It’s better if you go to hell next.” Their knees were shaking.
“I’m called a Demon not because of my name, but because I’m the demon who will lead you to hell.”
I take his gun and I shoot them with bullets until they run out. Their blood splattered on me and on the wall.
“Dracilus.” I called him.
“What do you want?” He asked.
“I need the medicine. So give it to me. ” I said calmly.
“Should I give you the medicine?” He asked in a challenging tone.
“Gave the medicine to me. If you don’t want me to end your freaking life. ” His eyebrows met.
“I’d like to give you in case but don’t have the medicine.”
“President Demon, I don’t have the medicine you want to get. Now you can leave. ” I looked around first.
“I feel pity for you. No one would want to love someone like you. ” I teased him.
He turned the table over. Her eyes glazed over as she looked at me.
“We are the same. That’s why the woman you love died because she would rather die than be with someone like you. ” I faked my smile before leaving his office.
Hailey’s Point of View
I secretly left the dorm. When I got to the front of the headmaster’s office, I caught Demon punching the wall.
His fists were covered in blood. I did not hesitate to approach him.
“That’s enough.” I weaned him and grabbed his hands.
When he looks at me, I saw the anger on his face. His eyes were like fire.
“Did you think that punching the wall would make you feel less angry?”
“You don’t know who I am.”
“But I know what you feel.” I insisted.
“Stop looking at me.” Your face is like that of an angel. Your eyes are as bright as the moon in the dark night. ” Those words spontaneously came out of his lips.
“But I know there’s a hidden demon behind your angelic face.” He continued.
He shook my hand. He left me stunned. Demon, you’re a liar. There is no demon lurking in my being.
Carl Demon’s Point of View
While I am walking. Someone blocked my way.
“The medicine is in me.”
“Don’t play with me.”
“Be with me and I will give you the medicine.” I laughed.
“You’re crazy.”
“I’m not crazy. You’re crazy just because of Hailey.” She said.
“You want to save her from the virus. Ever since she entered this university, your actions have obviously been changing.”
“There’s no truth in what you’re saying.” I defend myself.
“Tell me, Demon. Have your feelings for the first woman you loved changed since Hailey arrived? ” She asked.
“The woman I loved then is still the woman in my heart. She’s my first love. ” I admit
“You may be fooling others, but your heart, I’m sure, has something else in it.”
“I don’t love Hailey. There is only one woman in my heart, and it will never be Hailey. My first love will be the last. ”
“This is the medicine. “Catch it. ” She said.
She threw the bottle at me and I caught it.
“That’s the last medicine.” She said this before climbing the tree and disappearing.
I looked around to see if anyone had seen our conversation before I left.
I closed my eyes.
“I can’t fall in love with you, Hailey.” I said to the air as I took a deep breath. All content is property © NôvelDrama.Org.
She died because of me. I let the woman die with no desire but to change me. The woman whose only mistake was to love me.
Hailey’s Point of View
After what happened last night, it seemed like everything was peaceful outside. But the words Demon said to me stayed with me.
“Hailey, good morning.” Agatha greeted me.
“Good morning.”
“The virus is gone. We can go out now. ” She announced it to me.
“How do they know what the right medicine is for the virus?” I asked.
“What’s more important now is that the virus is over.” Alejandra said.
“The virus is over, but the one who wanted to kill me is still alive.” I sighed.
“Forget about the person who wants to kill you for now. What’s more important is that you’re safe from danger. ” Nadia touched my hair.
“Nadia is right.” Agatha agrees.
“Guys, the meals are ready.” Ethan called us.
We go down stairs to eat.
After we ate, we arranged ourselves before going to the classroom.
Students will no longer have their skin pale. They are all fine.
There are still many who fight as if no virus has landed here at the university.
Who gave the medicine? Is it a demon?
“I guess you’re thinking deeply.” Raze said.
I stared at him, so he made a sign of peace.
“Did you give the medicine?” I asked.
“Not me.” He replied.
“It looks like you’re the one who’s sick right now.”
“I don’t have a sickness.”
I was surprised when he put his hand on my forehead. I looked at him because he was taller than me.
“This isn’t the place for you two to do that.” We both looked at who spoke.
“Are you jealous?” Raze asked.
“I wouldn’t be jealous of someone like you.”
The demon turned to look at me.
“Hailey, come with me.” He told me
“Why should I come with you?” I asked a stupid question.
“I will lift you up, or will you come with me?” Choose wisely. ”
“I choose the or.” The expression on his face changed.
“I’ll just choose for you.”
He approached me and was about to lift me, but Raze interrupted.
“If she doesn’t want to, don’t force it.” Raze said.
“I don’t care what you say.”
“Raze, I’ll just go with him. I’ll see you later. ” I even waved at Raze before I followed Demon.
“Why can’t you look at me?” Demon asked.
“You said last night not to look at you.”
“Forget what I told you last night.”
“Where are we going?” I asked in astonishment.
“Tell me somewhere. I’ll take you there.” I smiled.
“Are you going to make it up to me?”
“I don’t have that habit.”
“All I want is for you to take me to the roof.” I wished.
He held my waist closer to him. In an instant, we were here on the roof.
I see from here the whole university. All I can say is that there is also a good atmosphere here.
I took a deep breath and inhaled the fresh air.
“Beautiful.” Demon exclaimed.
“You’re right. It’s really beautiful here. ” I said and smiled at him.
