"Sister Jinjing, why are you outside again? Your health is still terrible so you must rest." Jiang Gen

looked to the woman with worry.

"Hey, I'm fine. Just because Fen Qin told me to rest more doesn't mean that I should avoid my little

brother." She then turned to look at Xue Yahui who she assumed was Jiang Gen's friend. "You finally

bring home a friend. It's been so long since I last saw you bring a friend over. My name is Tao Jinjing.

I'm Gen's sister-in-law."

"Nice to meet you. I'm Xue Yahui. It's finally good that I get to meet you." Xue Yahui smiled kindly to her

then looked to Jiang Gen who did not mind Xue Yahui he assumed as his friend.

"Come inside. There's some food that I just made." Xue Yahui went along inside being greeted and

welcomed by Jiang Gen and Tao Jinjing. "How did you two meet?" Sitting at the table, both Jiang Gen

and Xue Yahui looked to another unsure of what to say.

"We met on the training grounds, I suppose. It wasn't anything special." Jiang Gen continued eating

while Tao Jinjing looked to him.

"Now don't be like that! Make sure to not offend our guests." Tao Jinjing smacked Jiang Gen's head

lightly while he stared at her. "Alright, I'm feeling a bit tired. I'll go on ahead to bed." Tao Jinjing went on

ahead going to sleep for the night.

"Where's her husband?" Xue Yahui asked hoping it wasn't offensive to ask.

"My brother... he went on a mission to help merchants trade during the travel to the Wolf Clan, but... he

went missing after with a few dead bodies were found." Jiang Gen held his hand into a fist with anger

remembering the time he was told that his older brother twin went missing. With his sister-in-law in so

much shock that her strength got weaker.

"How long has he been gone for?" Xue Yahui felt that it was strange for someone to go missing with

some dead bodies still there. When someone is missing then there is still a chance for them to be alive.

"He's been gone for almost two months. They are still looking for him. I also wish to find my older

brother. I know that he is still alive out there somewhere. I want to find him and bring him home to his

family." Xue Yahui could see how Jiang Gen had the determination to find his older brother.

"I will help you find your brother." Jiang Gen looked to Xue Yahui who had no hint of lie. He had only

truthful words and good intentions towards him. "I'll come again. In the meantime, keep an eye on your

sister. I will do my best to find anything about your older brother."

Jiang Gen bowed since he was never able to get anyone's help mostly when they were of higher status

than him. "Thank you."

"Hey, no need. I'm doing this because it was my choice to do so." Xue Yahui headed out, he needed to

start collecting information about what had happened. Going back to his guest room, he saw his older Content from NôvelDr(a)ma.Org.

"Yahui, I heard that you never picked anyone. Is that true?" Xue Liang didn't know what they had done,

but she wanted to get to the bottom of it.

"It's not that I didn't want to pick. All of them were great, but I found one soon after. He needed a bit

more help than the rest." Xue Yahui had to make up something, but he didn't want to offend them

either.

"Oh, well. Next time, don't just leave so early. Wait till they are done with the entire thing." Xue Liang

worried that perhaps they had offended her little brother in some way.

"Sorry, I'm kind of tired so I'll be going ahead to bed early." Xue Yahui went into his room, wondering

again about the missing feline folk. He wanted to find out what happened during the travel. "What

happened?" He held his chin looking at the table before him. 'I have to find out what happened.' Using

his power, he had a little small bird appear in his hand. "Send me the list of those that were on the

travel two months ago with the merchants to the Wolf Clan." The little bird chirped flying off to the

record keeper who managed the merchants and their trades.

Fen Qin had been trying to see if there were any other ways to find Grain Ivy in the any place. "Fen

Qin! I just made your meals!" Turning her head to see Zeng Mingzhu enter in her office with a tray of

food.

"Go ahead and set it down here." Fen Qin pointed to her table in the office. Flipping through her books

still, she still couldn't find anything that would be useful to her. Finding the herb was quite difficult since

there were never much words of success in growing them. She was lucky to come across one person

who grew them once, but she could no longer find her after.

"Fen Qin, what are you trying to find?" Zeng Mingzhu had become a brighter child after living with Fen

Qin for about a month at most. She had noticed how helpful Zeng Mingzhu was after a few days

noticing how well she could cook, clean, read, and write. Fen Qin had Zeng Mingzhu label some jars

whenever she finished and had to start on another batch.

"I'm trying to find a herb called Grain Ivy which is rarely ever found or grown." Fen Qing rubbed her

eyes feeling how sore they were for the past month that she had been staying up.

"Why don't you see if the Lord at Herb Valley has any?" Zeng Mingzhu was a bit confused as to why

Fen Qin didn't just go to Herb Valley to find any rather than to keep looking it up.

Fen Qin didn't understand why she didn't go to Herb Valley than to wait for Xue Yahui to show up. 'Why

did I not go?' Fen Qin rubbed her head this time with the annoyance of how she thought she should

wait for Xue Yahui to show up first. 'What an idiot I am.' Just when she was about to start packing up to

leave for Herb Valley. There was a sudden knock on the door which Fen Qin looked to Zeng Mingzhu.

"I'll get it." Zeng Mingzhu went ahead to see who was at the door while Fen Qin looked to the tray of

food. About to eat the food, "Fen Qin!!!! Fen Qin!!! This is serious!!!!" Fen Qin looked to Zeng Mingzhu

who rushed back to get her. Fen Qin went out to see Xue Yahui carrying a woman in his arms.
