Perhaps tired of waiting for Felicity to reply, Miles just went ahead and sent a voice call invitation!
She nearly jumped out of her skin, almost dropping her phone in the process.

Just as he asked, that darn Calvin texted her, urging her to get home from the club and not to stay out too late. So, Felicity blurted out,

As a woman, Felicity felt empathy. If her boyfriend was going out to meet another girl late at night, especially one he had...other connections with, she'd feel a bit upset too. Therefore, she had been trying her best to keep her distance from Miles.
