The Billionaire’s Maid Bride

Chapter 201

Chapter 201

Everyone glanced around. The refined looking girl sitting to Allison’s left explained, “In this game we’re playing, this deck has a pair of Ace of Hearts among its 40 cards. If you draw one, you have to kiss the other person who drew the other Ace of Hearts for two minutes.”

Allison was dumbfounded. A two–minute kiss?

She glanced at Nathalie, whose grin let her know that Nathalie must have known all along that the card was the Ace of Hearts. As a friend of Penelope, Nathalie clearly set

up this trap for Allison

Allison responded, “I didn’t know the rules, and I don’t want to play your game.”

Nathalie’s eyes widened “Hey, Allison, you’re not thinking of backing out, are you? No problem, you can just take a drink instead,” she said, clapping her hands.

Then another of Penelope’s friends, Sabina, came over with two bottles of wine. “Just finish these two bottles.” Còntens bel0ngs to Nô(v)elDr/a/ma.Org

There was no way a girl could finish two bottles of wine. It was an insane challenge..

A socialite chimed in. “Why drink? Allison, you’re just a maid. We’re all rich and powerful, we don’t mind taking a hit, but you, a maid, are being picky”

“I’m not.” She just didn’t like this game.

Penelope smiled and said, “Yeah, Allison, you won’t be at a disadvantage.”

A socialite sitting on the other side of Penelope grinned and said, “Yeah, we’re the ones at a disadvantage: Who would want to kiss a maid? It’s just degrading”

“I wouldn’t mind at all, actually,” a rich young man said, flipping over his card to reveal the King of Spades. He sighed in disappointment.

One after another, people revealed their cards. Kamilla did the same.

“This isn’t fair.”

“Ms. Lindbergh, that’s not quite right. Allison drew the card herself.”

Nathalie, Sabina, and others put their cards on the table. Penelope did the same.

Everyone was increasingly curious about who had the other Ace of Hearts.

Most people had revealed their cards. Nathalie turned to Terry and asked, “Terry, what’s your card?”

Terry held his card in hand, wanting to build suspense. “Take a guess.”

Sabina giggled, “Terry, it’s not you, is it? Then you’d have to kiss Allison for two minutes.”

Laughter erupted.

“I wish,” Terry replied, grinning and glancing at Allison. He, too, was disappointed. Why couldn’t it be him?

Everyone was getting curious. If it wasn’t Terry, then who was it? Was there anyone left who hadn’t shown their card?

“Who hasn’t revealed their card yet?” Everyone was on the edge of their seats.

Penelope scanned the group, her gaze landing on a man next to her. “Lucian.”

Everyone’s attention was immediately drawn to her.

Allison clamped her lips shut. Could it be him, Lucian?

She looked at the man, who seemed indifferent. He spread his card on the table, and sure enough, it was the Ace of Hearts.

Penelope’s face instantly stiffened.

She glared at Nathalie That idiot was nothing but trouble!

Nathalie hadn’t expected this either. The Ace of Hearts wasn’t in Terry’s hand, but in Lucian’s!
