Pippa froze, a shocked expression on her face.

“What? You’re full of shit, how could she be Willette, psycho!”

“It doesn’t matter if you believe it or not, what matters is that the drug she gave you is in the stage where they are experimenting with it and don’t know what it will eventually turn into, you’re not a normal person now, you’re already a monster.”

“I reported your basic condition, you will be studied as a biological specimen and someone will be coming soon to take you away.”

Hearing this Pippa panicked.

She struggled violently even with the chains making harsh sounds.

“I want to go home, you let me go home, let me go home.”

“How come you didn’t know to be afraid when you were about to kill my wife?”

Jesse’s face was frozen and there was no warmth in his eyes as he looked at Pippa as if she was looking at a dead person.

“I’m wrong, I know I’m wrong, I won’t dare to do it again, just let me go, I’ll make amends to you guys, whatever you want me to do is fine, just don’t kill me, I know I’m wrong!”

Pippa realized the seriousness of the matter, how she could not break free from the chains.

Realizing that she was going to be sent to research she was terrified.

Though she didn’t know exactly what research was like, she had seen some movies before she could, and there were references to research in the movies, it was simply worse than death, and she didn’t want to go through that.

But Jesse didn’t bullshit her, instead he just asked, “What else did Willette say to you.”

“She didn’t say anything, she just told me that I was being lied to and nothing else, she’s staying in one of my apartments at …” she was about to say but was interrupted by Jesse, “Willette is gone gone.”

“Since you don’t know anything, it’s worthless.”

With that said Jesse walked away, Pippa’s shouts came from behind her but after two shouts she was gagged and could only make mmmmm sounds.

Soon the people from above came and they took Pippa away, Pippa is indeed a good subject for research nowadays as there have been quite a few cases of this happening, there have been some tragic deaths and some people with great strength, people who didn’t know what was going on at first, and now there is a direction for the research to go in and Pippa is considered to be making a contribution.

Nydia was asleep when Jesse returned to the bedroom.

He, however, was slow to fall asleep.

Willette is brought to Alex and she falls to her knees in pain from the heavy kick.

“Boss, I was wrong, I won’t dare to run away again!” Hurrying to admit her mistake, “You give me a chance to redeem myself.”

“Rubbish, can’t do anything and still cause trouble for me, directly dragged down to waste!” Alex said indifferently, as if he was throwing away a piece of rotten meat that he didn’t care about.

“Boss, Jesse and the others are acting, they are pretending, they just want to paralyze you boss, they are really acting, I can prove it.”

Her shout caught Alex’s attention.

“What did you say?”

“Really, I swear every word I said is true, Jesse and Nydia are lying to you, what with the suicide.”

“I gave the pills to Pippa before, they studied Pippa before and monitored her data for a month, and I suspect they also studied Cade’s body and drew conclusions from it, that’s why they faked the suicide for the show.”

Although Willette didn’t know what Alex was up to she only knew about Jesse’s suicide but with what she knew about Jesse she couldn’t believe that Jesse would kill himself and with what Pippa was saying she thought it had to be a fake so anyway it was her way of saving herself she had to say it.

“Where’s Pippa?” Alex asked, he didn’t have much expression on his face, he just looked a little weak and couldn’t tell his emotions, which made Willette wonder what he meant.

“Went to settle the score with Nydia, but there’s been no word or what’s going on.” Willette was telling the truth with every word she said now.

Alex’s fingers tapped on the armrests of his chair again, one at a time, regularly, and then he lifted his chin a little and signaled with his eyes to his men, who met immediately and took Willette down.

Willette wanted to speak, wanted to know if she could be spared, but she didn’t dare ask.

Willette burst into laughter, yet she couldn’t even put her smile away before, in an instant, her throat was slit.

It was a split second affair, she couldn’t even feel the pain, and by the time she did it was bleeding like crazy, and then she collapsed to the ground, desperately trying to open her eyes, trying to speak, but unable to say anything.

“Giving you a chance to cast off.”

“Pack it up.”

He went back to Alex to resume his orders, “Master, it’s settled.”

“Well, you guys get ready, I’m going to find Jesse.”

Alex looked calm, but those who knew him well knew he wasn’t calm at all.

This deception by Jesse had made Alex very angry.

It was equivalent to the fact that he had lived to fire to this age, basically he was the one who teased others, but now he was being teased by Jesse, and he couldn’t swallow this breath no matter what.

Jesse didn’t go out on this day, he stayed home with Nydia for fear that someone would come looking for trouble.

He was already blaming himself for the Pippa incident, and it scared him to think that he would regret it if anything bad happened.

“Jesse, do you think we should pack up and leave the country for a while?” It might be better to keep Alex from finding them.

Jesse laughed, “Make a fool of yourself, I called you stupid before and you still won’t admit it.”

Jesse and Nydia both froze, fighter jets?

Soon they both saw the footage coming in from outside, there was indeed a fighter jet hovering over the villa.

“Don’t act rashly for now, find a good hiding place and discuss a battle plan, you can shoot this airplane down if necessary.”

Hovering a fighter jet directly over a place like this would have been against the law, and it was entirely possible to shoot it down.

Jesse knew this was Alex’s handiwork, no one but him would dare to do such a thing.

Just then, however, a voice came from outside.

“Jesse, Nydia, please get out of the villa, both of you, out of the villa quickly.”
