Reborn As The 25
Eleanor raised her eyebrows and pretended to be terrified as she took a step back, conveniently positioning herself behind Freddie. In a pitiful voice, she said, "Mr. Evans, did you see that? Miss Mille tried to hit me. "I'm so scared. If she's like this with you here, imagine what she'll do when you leave. How am I supposed to study or take my exams if I'm worried about my personal safety?"
She thought to herself, 'Play the victim, huh? That's a piece of cake for me!
Seeing his star student trembling in fear, Freddie immediately became protective. He positioned himself between them with a frown and scolded Betty, "Miss Mille, you're a teacher. Threatening a student in public? "What does that say about your professionalism? Here's what we'll do-you'll switch with Mr. Smith. You'll teach Class B for now, and after UAT, we'll have a meeting to discuss your situation further."
Then, turning to Eleanor, Freddie softened his time. "Eleanor, don't worry. If anything happens, just come to me. I'll make sure justice is served. Sound good?"
Freddie was in a tough spot-he had to keep his top student happy while maintaining the school's reputation and results.
Eleanor's goal was achieved, so she nodded and replied, "Thank you, Mr. Evans."
Her main aim was to get Betty out of Class A. Since Betty had it out for her, Eleanor didn't want to risk dealing with any underhanded tricks she might pull later. She wasn't afraid of Betty; she just didn't want to waste time on unnecessary drama with the UAT so close. Betty was fuming but unable to argue. She swallowed her anger and responded, "I see, Mr. Evans."
Betty thought with gritted teeth, 'At least I'm not fired yet. Freddie's decision to keep me in school means I still have a chance. If I behave well, I can regain my position later. As for Eleanor... I've been caught off guard this time, but I promise I have 100 ways to make sure Eleanor is gone before the UAT!
Betty's gaze was sharp and venomous, but Eleanor rolled her eyes, unaffected. Since she could get Betty out of Class A, she could keep her in line.
Freddie wiped the sweat from his brow, relieved to finally have settled the situation. "Alright, everyone, it's all sorted. Let's get back to class and stop crowding around here."This content belongs to Nô/velDra/ma.Org .
Eleanor's eyes suddenly lit up with excitement, and she called out loudly toward a corner, "Wait a minute, Mr. Evans. There's something else I need your help with."
Freddie, who had just been about to leave, paused in his tracks. "What is it now?" He liked his star student, but she seemed to make a lot of enemies.
Eleanor said with a smile, "Janet and Gloria from Class D said if scored over 700, they'd apologize to me in front of the whole school. Well, I've hit that mark, and when can I expect them to follow through?"
Janet and Gloria, who had been trying to quietly sneak out, froze in their tracks.
Freddie asked with a deep frown, "Is that so? Well, where are they? Come forward and apologize to Eleanor."
Gloria bit her lip in frustration and shot an angry glare at Janet. Great, Janet. You just had to drag me into this mess with your stupid bet, and now we're both screwed!'
Janet hadn't expected things to unfold like this either. Not only had Eleanor scored over 700, but she'd come out on top of the whole grade. With all the teachers and students watching, they had no choice but to step forward and apologize, whether they liked it or not. 1/3

Janet said, "Eleanor, we're sorry. We shouldn't have-*
"Stop. Eleanor raised her hand and cut them off. Her eyes flashed behind her glasses as she said, "The deal was to apologize in front of the entire school, and this doesn't count. Isn't there a pep rally next week? Why don't we do it then in front of all the students and staff? What do you think, Mr. Evans?"
Freddie didn't dare disagree. He had just gone out of his way to make Eleanor happy by reassigning Betty, and now, asking two students to apologize was nothing in comparison. "That's fine. I'll have the teachers arrange it," he said without hesitation. Eleanor, catching the furious looks from both Gloria and Janet, smiled in satisfaction, and she wondered, 'Great, this is how we wrap things up properly!
The crowd gradually dispersed. The one who seemed genuinely to benefit from the whole thing was David Smith, the new teacher of Class A. Rubbing his hands together, he approached Eleanor with a grin and said, "Eleanor, what a coincidence.
"Now, I become your teacher. Can you believe it? Thanks to you, I've skipped ten years of effort and gone straight from Class B to Class A. You're my lucky charm."
Eleanor frowned and complained inside, "The teacher is so annoying.
Seeing that Eleanor wasn't responding, David looked a bit hurt. "Eleanor, you didn't forget me, did you? I proctored one of your exams. Do you remember my name?" Eleanor's head was starting to ache from all the chatter. She responded flatly, "Sorry, I don't."
Why is this teacher so nagging?' she thought to herself, feeling a bit exasperated.
Seeing her shake her head, David immediately put on a wounded expression. "How could you forget? I was the first teacher you met at Aloria High School. But no worries, I forgive you. Let me tell you again, and this time, don't forget-I'm David Smith, the same name as a famous artist."
"Artist?" Eleanor muttered, confused.
David quickly explained, "Yeah, the famous sculptor. Since we share the same name, I even collect some of his work. If you're ever interested, you can come to my house and check them out."
Eleanor was left speechless. For a brief moment, she thought maybe Betty wasn't so bad after all. At least Betty didn't talk this much.
Meanwhile, at the headquarters of Lloyd Group, Stephen sat in his chair, his gaze stormy. A cold, dangerous air surrounded hirn, as if he was moments away from lashing out.
Oscar stood to the side, trembling all over, his mind racing through the company's recent projects. "There shouldn't be any major crises,' he thought, confused and nervous about the ominous vibe in the room. 'Why is Mr. Lloyd acting like this?"
After a long pause, Stephen's deep voice broke the silence. "Gather all PR and IT staff to have a meeting in five minutes." Oscar immediately nodded and replied, "Yes, Mr. Lloyd."
As they hurried toward the meeting room, the PR and IT managers caught up with Oscar, and they were sweating nervously. "Oscar, what's going on? Is something wrong with the company? Why the sudden emergency meeting?"
Oscar frowned, not slowing his pace. At the same time, he replied, "I don't know the details either, but judging by Mr. Lloyd's expression, it seems serious. You better be ready for anything-Ive never seen him like this before. Whatever it is, it's going to be tough."
