Chapter 10 Of Course Husband and Wife Should Share A Room

That said, Blanca could not help but imagine what Matthew’s teacher might look like already.

To be the teacher of a young master like Matthew, they had to be exceptional.

Thinking that her parents might have been upstanding characters, Blanca felt a surge of pride and

intermingled shame, growing dubious about why her parents had abandoned her.

Why didn’t they want her back then?

That night, Blanca didn’t need to stay in motels anymore, and went back to Matthew’s private residence

– a white two-story little mansion.

Blanca took an excited tour of the place and stood before the giant bathroom door, babbling at

Matthew, “Can I use this bathroom?”

Matthew nodded. “Sure, but you have to clean up after yourself.”

“All right, then I’m going to take a bath!”

Blanca was leaping with excitement as she took her own toiletries and squirreled in. Locking the door,

she studied how the jacuzzi worked, then took a comfortable soak. This content provided by N(o)velDrama].[Org.

This was the first time Blanca felt from the bottom of her heart that it was great she’d married Matthew.

Living in the slums as a child, the water and electricity went out all the time, and bathing was an

unimaginable luxury.

Back then, she’d studied those elegant women on TV, sitting in their giant bathtubs, soaking in comfort,

and felt an impossible envy.

Her dream when she was young was to have a large house, and to have a bubble bath inside that

large house.

So now her dream had come true.

It was just too comfortable, and Blanca drifted off to sleep as she soaked. She felt someone slapping

her face faintly and opened her eyes, seeing Matthew’s chilly features before her.

He was looking at her impatiently. “I thought you’d died in your sleep.”

Blanca shrieked and stood bolt upright from the bathtub.

But she’d forgotten that, at a time like this, the only way to hide her body was to stay below those white

bubbles…

Matthew looked at her soaking wet form and gave a serious comment, “Nice figure. Chest is a bit small,

though.”

Blanca clapped her arms over her chest and squatted down in the bathtub, splashing Matthew with

water. “Get out! Out, out, out!”

Matthew wiped the droplets of water off his face and suddenly wanted to tease her some more. He kept

his voice mild as he said, “What part of you have I not seen already? Have you forgotten last night?”

Blanca covered her ears, too embarrassed to hear any more.

After Matthew left, Blanca didn’t have the mood to stay in the bath. She toweled off and put a gown on.

Walking out, she recalled the words “chest is a bit small” and couldn’t help but look down, grumbling,

“They’re not small… you’re just blind.”

Blanca left the bathroom, didn’t see Matthew on the first floor, and headed upstairs. “Hey, where am I

sleeping tonight?”

Matthew walked out from the bedroom. Seemed he’d already taken a swift shower, put on his own

gown, and was drying his hair.

“Here.” He stood in the doorway, letting Blanca go in.

Blanca went into the bedroom and was about to close the door when Matthew went in too.

“Why aren’t you leaving?”

“This is my bedroom. Why should I leave?”

Blanca looked at Matthew in terror. “What?”

“We’re married. No way we sleep in separate rooms.”
