Chapter 1916
Nash looked curiously at Talroth and asked, "Who is it?"
Following closely behind Talroth was the master of the Endless Horizon Sect.
"Oh? What brings you here?" Nash asked, his tone not too kind.
The master of the Endless Horizon Sect lowered his stature and replied in a low and respectful tone, "Nash, I haven't had the chance to apologize for what happened with my disciples. It's my fault for not managing them properly. Please forgive me." Nash ignored the man and turned to ask Talroth, "So, why did you bring him here?"
Talroth quickly stepped in to mediate the situation. "Nash, I noticed that you've been struggling to make a quick breakthrough. With the summit approaching, I thought of a solution."
"A solution?"
"That's right," Talroth repeated and then signaled to the master of the Endless Horizon Sect, who took out a precious pearl from his pocket.
"What is this?" Nash asked warily.
"The Azure Sky Pearl, our sect's treasured artifact. As an apology, I'm willing to give it to you with no strings attached. With this pearl, your cultivation will progress exponentially, and breaking through to the Divine Sojourn Realm will be within reach," the man said excitedly. Nash looked at Talroth and then at the pearl. The pearl was indeed of the highest quality. Even an ordinary cultivator would be able to sense the immense power contained within it.
"Oh? You're giving me such a precious treasure? The Endless Horizon Sect sure is generous," Nash asked with some doubt.
"It's not like that!" the man interjected.
"I understand my disciples have caused you a lot of trouble, but I personally admire you. Moreover, you're going off to address national matters, which is a matter of righteousness.
"I'm the humble master of the Endless Horizon Sect. Although my vision may be limited, I understand some things can't be handled based on personal feelings. In matters of absolute right and wrong, there's no room for personal emotions."
"It's not surprising you're the master. You're quite aware," Nash replied, impressed. His hesitation dissipated. He accepted the pearl and put it away.
"In that case, I won't stand on ceremony. If you have any other business, just say it. No need to beat about the bush. Since you've shown such sincerity, I assume there's some trouble you need help with."
Upon hearing this, the master of the
Endless Horizon Sect quickly
lowered his head and said, "You
powers are truly great. One of my et
disciples suddenly lost consciousness and suffered

damage to their soul. I would like to ask you, the strongest heater of our time, for your guidance."
Nash's expression immediately became serious at that. "Since it's a request from you and considering the pearlyou just gave me, I'll do my best to help. However, if it's a
Lovel
problem that even you can't ascertain, I'm afraid I may not benovelbin
able to help."
"That's why I brought you this pearl," the man affirmed.
"As long as you use this pearl to break through, I believe you can heal my disciple," the sect master assured.
"Why don't you use this pearl yourself, then?" Nash asked, puzzled.
"I was born a foolish man. If I use
this pearl and don't achieve the effect I want, it'd be a waste. But you're different. You're born a genius, the pride of heaven. You'll surely make the most of it and unteash the pearl's true power," the man replied earnestly.
Nash was conflicted when he heard this. He knew he was strong enough, but being called a genius did not quite suit him. He did not really want to accept this sudden kindness, yet the man's sincerity was truly moving.
