Chapter 37
Chapter 37
“Liliane, don’t panic first. I’ll be there soon.”
Bradley got up from his leather chair, rage rampant on his cold face. There was a destructive iciness
around him as his stern face looked murderous.
“Cole, to the hospital.”
Cole could not help turning pale when he heard the fury in Bradley’s voice.
‘What happened? Did something happen to Felix again?”
Cole could not care less that he was not yet done with whatever task he had as he immediately caught
up to the infuriated Bradley.
“The b*tch Esther kidnapped my son.
Cole was baffled when he heard what Bradley gritted through his teeth. ‘Madam kidnapped Mr. Felix? Content (C) Nôv/elDra/ma.Org.
Has she gone crazy? Why would she do that?’
Bradley’s eyes glinted dangerously.
He had been so nice to Esther that she repeatedly provoked him without care and even threatened him
with Felix’s life.
Both men got into the car, and the chauffeur drove out of the Warner Group. The night was creeping in
outside the window as the lights slowly flickered into life.
It was like the city had put on a dazzling coat once more. A large 3D digital screen on a towering
building played the latest cosmetic commercial. Couples walked under the streetlight on the pavements
on either side of the road with their fingers laced together.
Caught in the continuous stream of traffic, the chauffeur kept honking and occasionally looking down at
the red line on the navigation system.
“Mr. Warner, there’s traffic congestion ahead. It seems that there’s been an accident. The estimated
travel time is at least 30 minutes.”
Bradley disregarded his personal safety and forcefully opened the car door, getting out of the car and
directly blocking a speeding motorcycle with his body.
“Who are you? Don’t stand in front of me even if you want to die!”
The man on the motorcycle looked at Bradley and quickly slammed on the brake, the tires harshly
scraping against the asphalt and making a piercing sound. The young man wearing an anime.
motorcycle helmet removed his helmet and cursed at Bradley.
“Get off.”
The owner of the motorcycle grumbled, “Are you crazy?”
Bradley reached out and pulled the owner off the motorcycle without saying a word. With a stride, he
started the motorcycle engine and rode off.
The owner of the motorcycle was flabbergasted. Someone was shameless enough to steal his
motorcycle in broad daylight!?
He had to call the police! Such an arrogant person must be subjected to legal sanctions!
The biker took out his phone and was about to call the police when Cole hurriedly stopped him and
gently said, “I’m sorry, our boss’ son is hospitalized in critical condition. The hospital just called us, and
we urgently needed your bike. How about this, how much is your motorcycle worth? I’ll buy it from you
right now!”
“Do you think you’re all that just because you’re rich?” The biker did not recognize that Bradley, who
had just stolen his motorcycle, was the famous CEO of the Warner Group. He was simply furious. “My
bike’s very expensive. Can you afford it?”
