As Rosalynn sat in the backseat of the car, she watched the landscape blur past the window, her thoughts wandering to distant hopes.
She murmured under her breath, “Brian, hold on.
I’m coming for you.

The car halted beside the bustling seaside dock.
Hugh, stepping out, was immediately greeted by Jaxen Garza.

He clapped Hugh on the back, gesturing for Rosalynn and Sanford to follow him towards a nearby warehouse.
As they proceeded, several bodyguards accompanying Rosalynn started to follow but were halted by Arthur’s men stationed at the entrance.
“It’s okay.

Inside, the warehouse was vast and dimly lit, filled with the scent of rust.
Jaxen approached a burly man seated confidently amongst stacks of cargo, whispering something to him.
Hugh leaned closer to Sanford and Rosalynn, his voice low.
“That’s Arthur,” he informed them, Sanford acknowledged with a nod and glanced at Rosalynn.
Rosalynn identified Arthur as he was the sole individual seated with an air of arrogance.
His demeanor and posture indicated he was the leader.
Jaxen turned to Hugh.
“Hugh, Arthur wants your friends to come over and sit.
”

”
Hugh acknowledged with a nod, catching the eyes of Sanford and Rosalynn.
