She thought of the man she had been with all night, even laughing at her. “He’s such a Jew,” she screamed.
She didn’t care. She was inside the room, no one would hear her even if she screamed a thousand times. Except if someone comes and stops outside her door.
“How dare he laugh at me! Is that person crazy?” she whispered loudly when the door to her room opened. It was Nica.
A woman peeked through her open door after hearing several knocks. When she turned her attention to her bedroom door she saw Nica, her close friend. Personal Maid.
“Sorry Miss Eloisa, I just brought your food. Are you okay?” she asked. She also entered Eloisa’s room after opening the door wider. She didn’t even wait for Eloisa to open her mouth to let her in. She knew that she had a bad trip for not coming home last night. She also witnessed Eloisa beating her guards outside.
Nica a while ago sighed when she saw the looks of Eloisa’s guards. She knows that they are hurt and it also hurts them inside not to answer and explain their side to their boss. But they can’t do anything. Eloisa is a hot-headed person.
Nica sometimes also hears hurtful words that sometimes even upset her. When her first day working with Eloisa she was quickly enveloped in extreme nervousness and fear of Eloisa’s behavior. But she endured everything. She has been serving as Eloisa’s maid for several years.
“It’s good that you came! Come in,” Eloisa said even though it was late her reaction after seeing Nica.
Nica had already entered her room. She was already walking while her lips slightly twitched. She responded with a thin smile to Eloisa’s words to give her permission to enter.
“What have you brought? I’m really hungry. I really can’t imagine that I haven’t eaten breakfast yet. Because I’m in a hurry to go home to attack my crazy guards.” Nica looked like she was wondering what happened and Eloisa’s head got so hot that she hurt the ten guards.
“As you always want.” Nica immediately answered. She put a tray on top of Eloisa’s bed. The tray was filled with Eloisa’s favorite sausage. English breakfast sausage. Sometimes she likes German sausage or garlic sausage. Eloisa likes a variety of sausages for her breakfast. Then toasted bread or garlic bread. Then a cup of hot chocolate.
Nica has mastered all that in many years as she has been serving as Eloisa’s right hand. Eyes also for the many years they have been together.
Nica also studied and graduated through Eloisa with the help of Eloisa’s family. She is very grateful and indebted to Eloisa’s family. She will look at it for the rest of her life.
“Come closer! I won’t hurt you,” said Eloisa.
Eloisa noticed Nica putting distance between them after putting the tray next to her.
“Are you also afraid that I will hurt you? When did I do that to you?” Eloisa asked, she took the fork and knife and started eating. She also turned her gaze to Nica who looked full of thought.
Eloisa chatters while eating. While her personal maid/personal assistant came to her side. Just staring at her while watching her eat. Eloisa likes what she eats. So she ate very well the breakfast that Nica brought.
Eloisa’s food is just sausage that Nica brings to her in the morning. Eloisa is happy. Her joy is incomparable because she eats a lot and she eats well.
Sometimes she also eats tocino and fried eggs for breakfast. Sometimes she also asks for fried pork chops for breakfast when she is drooling and wants to eat.
“Do you want to ask something?” Nica was surprised.
“A while I perceive and notice. Just want to know something?” Eloisa asked, putting food in her mouth.
“I know you want to hear something. Right?” Nica shook her head.
“Am I wrong in my prediction?” Nica pressed her lips together. She stared at Eloisa with her eyes saying. Yes.
Eloisa smirked slightly. She doesn’t believe what Nica is saying.
“Don’t lie anymore. I’ve mastered you, Nica. You know why I am like this. If anyone knows me better. That’s you. Because you are my only friend who understands me. Why do you lie?”
“No!” Nica shook her head. Her face told Eloisa that what she thought of her was wrong.
“Tell me, you want to know, don’t you? Why am I hot-headed this morning? Why am I like this again? What reason? Why did my childishness exist again?” Eloisa spoke quickly. One after another but she also cut off and sighed. She asked Nica again to ask another question. “You also want to hear why I didn’t come home last night?”
Nica was the one who took a deep breath. She was nervous about the shape of Eloisa’s appearance.
Her eyebrows rose a little. In the tone of her questioning to her, there is the taint of her disdain and her questioning.
“Tell me!” Eloisa was annoyed by Nica’s continued refusal. Her voice was a bit loud when she said it. “Tell me! I’m not forcing it.” But on her questioning, Nica forces her to answer her. Eloisa’s words had an emphasis that was strengthened by the pounding of Nica’s chest.
Nica adjusted her seat. She stepped back a little from where she was leaning on a small chair. Her breathing was strong and full of energy. Then she decided to speak. “Yes, but don’t.” Nica also took back what she answered. She thought. Eloisa’s anger might continue. It even exploded in her. Especially she can see the anger in her eyebrows meeting. While is still staring at her.
It’s hard for Nica that Eloisa is angry with her. Especially Eloisa is her boss, friend, and person who never gets tired of supporting her in everything. Even in the office. Eloisa becomes her tutor teaching her the things she should learn. Eloisa is smart even though she has that attitude and often looks angry. She also has a kindness hidden that she just doesn’t want to bring out and show to many who know her nude attitude and her always open rude mouth.
Nica was about to open her mouth to react. Suddenly, Eloisa’s cellphone rang loudly. They were surprised at the same time. Look at each other.
Eloisa’s eyebrows raise and meet while she talks with Nica. Now her eyebrows flared up in annoyance at what she read. “Can I invite you for a date?” she flipped her cellphone in anger when she read who texted. Gray was the man who didn’t want to stop scolding her. The man who wanted her to marry. For business purposes. That’s why she refused.
“My day is already ruined. It’s even more broken now that I read the text of that crazy man.” Anger prevailed on her lips as she spoke. Nica was shocked by what happened. She didn’t move and remained silent.
