Mistake With The Alpha Chapter 143
Diana's
POV
Since Zul has been with me, Omar has decided to go live in another place. He said scared of Zul. Well I didn't stop him. I even went to help him get some money he hid at his home in a Sunclad pack. Now he and his daughter aren't here with me. Zul was asking me how I knew Allison and her father. That was when I began to narrate everything to him. How Omar is my saviour. I would have died but he was the one who helped me and found this place for me.
Yes Omar and I have known each other for a very long time. Even before his mate died. He always comes to visit me and cheer me up. I was suffering badly then and I was quite repulsive but he stood by me no matter what. Well you might think I'm an ingrate but then I've helped him to clean up a lot of messes. I got to know that Omar is a greedy one and doesn't really have my best interest at heart, when I told him that I want to become a werewolf. Becoming a werewolf would have saved me from a lot of troubles. I would have taken on a knee identity but then Omar said that it doesn't matter. He wouldn't help me and would give me a lot of excuses. I had thought he would be so happy about it but then he didn't want to make me one of his own. He just wants to keep using me. That was when I turned against him unknowingly.
Before Omar would realise what has happened to him, he'll be empty by that time because I'll have done a very thorough job on him.
Zul was asking questions and I was replying to him carefully. I made sure I didn't give any hint away about the relationship between Omar and I. Zul is a very wise one. He might link it to my plan. Not that I hinted to him about my plans anyways but I don't want to make mistakes.
I even made him believe that I was so done with them at Sunclad pack. That I wasn't going to have anything to do with them.
"I know the Alpha of the Sunclad pack to be a hybrid but then I didn't know that their Alpha is so powerful" Zul said.
He was chewing raspberries. I didn't know what he liked so much about that fruit. I've known him to be a lover of it since I've known him to be Zul.
"Yes he is. Magic wouldn't even work on him" I said.
It was guitar, a very painful thing that I failed. This is the first time that I've done something with all my heart and I still failed. That's the reason I had to be very mad at Allison at what she said to me when everything didn't work out.
Anyways I've thought about the rude little thing about her manners. With what I did to her, I know she wouldn't dare to make me angry anymore. I didn't get rid of the ants in her body. I just made them dormant. If she has the nerves again to be rude to me, I'll make sure I deal with her so badly. I wouldn't spare her a bit.
"Even his mate's wolf is quite strong because with everything I did, her mating bond is still very strong. Well, I'm not surprised I heard she's a rare breed. Her wolf's skin colour is said to be blue" I said casually.
The moment I said blue, the berry that Zul was eating dropped and he looked quite shocked. I gave him a strange look.
"Did I just hear you say blue?" He asked.
"Yes," I replied.
Zul adjusted and I wondered why he was doing as if he's never heard the colour blue before. I don't understand all these dramas. This text is © NôvelDrama/.Org.
"You just said there is a blue wolf somewhere?" He asked again.
Now he looks very anxious. This was quite annoying.
"The last time I checked your ears are working well" I snapped.
I was eyeing him angrily.
"I really need to confirm if it's true because...... Who told you?"
I looked at him for a few seconds before I replied to him.
"Omar".
"And you trust whatever he tells you?"
"Omar never lied to me and even his daughter confirms it" I said carefully examining the man sitting before me.
"You can't be serious!" He widened his look the more.
"I don't like all these. If you have something to say, say it. Which one is this exaggerated reaction?" I frowned at him.
His look changed from surprise to a doubting look. I didn't know why he's giving me that strange look. Well Zul never does anything without having a huge reason, so I was very curious to know what brought this reaction out of him. "Is it that you don't truly know or you're pretending?" He asked.
I frowned. Do I look like I'm pretending to be him?
"What on earth are you talking about?"
"Are you trying to tell me that you don't know anything about the blue wolf?" He asked with a surprised look again.
Now he's not more surprised about the blue wolf. It's about me not knowing anything about the blue wolf. What the heck is wrong with this man?
"If you know anything I don't know about the blue wolf, tell me and if you don't want to tell me, let it be. Just stop all these dramatic reactions you are giving me. It's pissing me off" I retorted.
One thing I hate most is someone keeping me in suspense. Even with the way he's behaving, it's super annoying. Zul looked at me for a while before he pointed his index finger at me shaking it. "You really don't know" he said as if telling himself that.
Did he think I'll know and I'll be this angry with the way he is behaving? I hissed at him. He then looked at me for a while before he decided to talk.
"But then, how can it be heard that a powerful witch like you knows nothing about the blue wolf. Don't blame me Ana if I'm surprised. It's just so unbelievable" he said, picking up his belly again. "No one knows all," I said blankly.
"I know but then this story is quite popular. Even an ordinary man knows it. Talk more of a powerful witch like you" he said.
