MOVIE DATE
Samarra’s lips parted at sight. She blinked again. Her heart was pounding in her chest. How could her heart not beat faster? She only watches movies when she is on dates.
Many Christmas lights and balloons from the ceiling flashed in front of her eyes. A king-sized waterbed, a comforter, and pillows are provided. There’s also a mini-TV and mini-speakers. Inboxes sell pizza, chicken, pasta, and beverages. The paper bag contained Aldama’s Resto Bar. Zachary appears to have made plans for that evening. What he did today astounded her. It had been the most beautiful thing that had ever happened to her. She had not expected this. That someone would do something like that to her. She regards herself as exceptional.
Zachary’s warm embrace was behind her. She imagined him sniffing her neck before whispering.
“I hope you enjoyed it, and thank you for the gift. That’s very thoughtful of you.”
She clenched her teeth and cocked her head. All she wanted to hear from Zachary this morning was to be able to wipe the tears from her eyes. Just wanted to say thank you. That is perfectly fine with her. Furthermore, his efforts today are only one factor.
Zachary leaned against Samarra’s shoulder. He could feel her body stiffen like Samarra.
Zachary couldn’t believe he was doing this on top of their house for the first time. He didn’t make the same effort with his girlfriend Claudel. He’d never done anything like this before in his life.
Yes, insane.
He only does this for Samarra.
When Samarra’s lips touched his cheek, he was taken aback. As Samarra’s face moved away from him, he could see the redness on her face. It was only a simple kiss, but it made him feel very different.
He snatched Samarra’s waist and drew her closer to the bed on the floor.
“Let’s go see a movie.”
“What movie?” Samarra inquired softly.
He smiled as Samarra spoke to him. The gentle conversation with her matched her demeanor. He hopes Wicked Samarra doesn’t return first. He decided on an action film. He didn’t know what Samarra wanted, so he settled for them. He noticed Samarra was not fond of romantic movies. Because her laptop and cellphone wallpaper was full of cartoon characters, his smile became genuine as he remembered her underwear. He shook and went to the television, which he had turned on.
They opened the food boxes once he had finished setting up the watch. He looked at Samarra. He could see the happy smile that reached her eyes on her face.
“Happy?”
Samarra’s touch on his cheek startled him. “Very happy, and thank you.” Samarra looked at him before returning her attention to the food.
Zachary noticed Samarra focusing on watching while he couldn’t. How could Samarra lean on his chest? One hand was on his leg, and the other was caressing his back. He wasn’t sure if Samarra knew that he had been feeling strange their sitting. He was swallowed up as his gaze fell to Samarra’s lips. How many times has he tasted her remains? But he never got tired of wishing he could taste it again.
He groaned. Fuck! Zachary, take it easy. Concentrate on what you’re seeing rather than what you’re thinking. So that’s how you feel.
He clutched Samarra tightly, leaving no space between them. His hand caresses her long hair. Shit! He can’t concentrate. When he senses Samarra hugging him, he closes his eyes. His breathing became heavier as he thought, her chest pressing against him. He cursed. He can’t take it anymore.
Samarra’s gentle face revealed she was surprised by what he had done.
“Where are you going?” As he stood up, Samarra inquired.
“Keep watching. I’m just going to the restroom.” He stated that he did not look back at Samarra.
When he first entered the house, he went straight to the bathroom on the third floor. He immediately removed his clothes and went to the shower to relieve the burning heat in his body.
Fuck! He last did this when he was in junior high.
When he felt better, he went to their room to get dressed. And now we return to the beginning. He notices Samarra sitting, focused, and watching. She didn’t even sense his presence. He sat down next to Samarra slowly.
She was startled to turn to face him as he hugged her. “Oh?”
He nodded and smiled. “I feel like I want to be jealous of Christ,” he sulked. He could tell Samarra was trying hard not to smile. Every time the male lead character focused on a film.
Damn! Why did he choose that movie?
“Don’t be jealous; your abs are still better than his,” Samarra said. He appears to have been caught off guard by what she said.
“Really? Did you find me attractive enough to stare at me while getting dressed?”
“Oh, yes. Yes, you are attractive.” Samarra nodded without looking at him.
“Ara?” he asked, puzzled. The warmth on his cheek was noticeable. He appears to be experiencing the strange thrill only now because so many people tell him so, but it’s different when it comes to Samarra.
Her shoulder started shaking, and he could feel it. So, he grabbed her and turned to face her.
Zachary muffled Samarra’s laughter because her entire face was flushed.
“What’s funny?”
Samarra burst out laughing, which she had previously suppressed. Her laughter took him by surprise. Her laughter was full of life because it was the first time he had seen and heard her laugh aloud. It’s not in her nature to laugh like that.
“Cadden, my goodness! I’m afraid I can’t assist. But your expression is priceless.” She even pinched his nose.
What he heard from Samarra offended him. It appears to be overjoyed. Shit! How does he appear? What makes this woman so funny?Content protected by Nôv/el(D)rama.Org.
“OK, I’m sorry,” Samarra said when he was sure he couldn’t say anything else.
“Kiss me,” he insisted.
“Huh?”
“Instead of saying sorry, kiss me. Please hurry.” Zachary closed his eyes and leaned in closer to Samarra.
Zachary was taken aback. He was joking when he said that. And he didn’t expect what he said to come true. It was a smack, but it was still a smack. His reaction was different. He noticed Samarra turn his back on him once more.
Draw a smile that reaches his eye on his lip. He had very different feelings than Samarra. Everything that happened to them felt like it was his first time. To get closer to Samarra, he stumbled a little. He drew the comforter over his shoulder and hugged Samarra from behind.
