Chapter 234
Bonnie’s heart pounded as she tried to conceal her nervousness. She quickly grabbed a random piece of clothing and pushed it to Ivor, saying, “This one will look great on you! Quick, try it on!”
Ivor beamed, saying, “If you think it’s good, then it must be amazing. Wait, I’ll try it on for you.” Bonnie patted her chest as she watched him enter the fitting room. “This guy’s trying to seduce me,” Suddenly, a familiar voice sounded, “Who’s seducing you?”
Bonnie froze before turning, only to see Avril’s curious and nosy expression. “Come on, Who’s trying to seduce you? Also, who just entered the fitting room?”
When she came just now, she only saw Ivor’s back.
tell me.
“He’s, uh…” Bonnie frowned. Before she could properly introduce Ivor, Avril exclaimed, “I got it! I know who he is! It’s the owner of the Maybach, right?!” Contentt bel0ngs to N0ve/lDrâ/ma.O(r)g!
Bonnie was about to nod when Ivor opened the door and walked out, looking elegant and charming.
“Oh my God! He’s so handsome!” Avril covered her mouth, her jaw almost dropping in shock.
Bonnie did not think Avril’s expression was exaggerated. After all, Ivor’s stunning looks were undeniable.
“Bonnie, you’re so lucky! You have such a handsome boyfriend!”
Bonnie smiled and walked up to Ivor. “This outfit looks good, too, plus the dozen or so sets we bought
earlier.”
“How generous of you.” Ivor gave Bonnie a thumbs–up. “You’re splurging.

“It’s nothing.” Bonnie took out her card and approached the cashier, which puzzled Avril. She quickly caught up with Bonnie and asked hushedly, “Why are you paying?”
Avril was in disbelief, thinking Ivor was a gold digger for letting Bonnie pay. It was not that women should not pay, but the mall was well–known for its luxurious pricing. Every piece of clothing was
costly.
“Today’s his birthday,” Bonnie explained.
“Oh, no wonder. Still, there are over a dozen outfits to pay for. That must cost quite a bit of money. Do you have enough? If not, I can lend you some.”
It was Bonnie’s first time encountering someone who offered to lend her money. She thought it was pretty novel. From that, she could tell Avril was a genuinely considerate friend.
“Hello there, I’m ready to pay.” Bonnie placed the dozen or so outfits on the counter as she spoke. After scanning the items, the cashier said, “Your total is 6,359.99.”
