Nalzen

Mrs. Anita is so happy and emotional seeing Andrea after seven years. But Andrea is heartless! She won’t even hold her mom!

I pulled her away and whisper in her ears.

“What are you doing, You should let her even hold you!” I shouted a little bit but she just smirk.

“I told you that she’s not my real mother!” She answered.

But even so, she should behave like a real one!

“Look at her! She’s so kind and old. You should spend more time on her.” I insisted.

“So? Nalzen stop wasting your effort. They didn’t mean so much to me! They are just nothing!” Andrea shouted and Mrs. Anita heard what she said.

Julius is still here and took her away.

Mrs. Anita is about to cry and I touch her shoulder gently.

“It’s okay Mrs. Anita. I’m sorry for what she did to you. I want all of you to be reunited and be together.” I said sadly.

“I understand Ma’am. You don’t need to apologize. Andrea is not like that before. She’s charming, positive, and kind. But she started to change when she knew that I’am not her real mother! She’s been depressed hearing her own mother’s word that she didn’t need Andrea in her life as she can’t have her inheritance if she will become a single Mother and we don’t know who her real father too!” Mrs. Anita explain.

And I’m intrigued by this story that I’ve discovered!

“Why don’t we sit down and continue talking? Hubby! Bring us here some cookies for snacks.” I shouted.

“Wifey, I’am not a maid in here!” Aaron answered angrily.

I know that he doesn’t want Andrea and her family to be here. I don’t know what’s gotten into me that I wanted to help that much!

Andrea has been my rival and yet here I’am supporting her family.

But, it’s my heart that telling me to help!

“Please, my kind hubby!” I shouted back and no one answered. I know that he’s already preparing the snacks.

“I honestly don’t know what to do!” Mrs. Anita utters in despair.

“Calm down, I understand why Andrea is like that. Her mom is selfish! I just couldn’t believe that there was a parent like her. Where is she?” I asked curiously.

“I don’t know. Ever since her last visit to our province. She didn’t come back at all. She said she will be living her own life and she give Andrea to me. I married my husband but he died early and we suffer a lot. Andy is still a baby back then. We only have the 1 hectare of a lot that her mother give to her. Many businessmen wanted to buy the said lot but I declined. It was Andrea’s only property and remembrance from her mom. We can’t afford to hire some workers to cultivate the land and it remained like that until now. Andy and I manage to plant some vegetables and mangoes just enough for us to eat but Andrea doesn’t like the way we live and fly to the other country without telling us where she is. And now, I’m happy that she’s doing good and healthy. I’am only her nanny Ma’am Nalzen. Her mom and I are friends when my Mother works from her Mom’s mansion but I forgot the place and the address! If I’m not mistaken it’s in Dragona’s residence. I’m still innocent and young back then. I forgot where it was! If only I could remember and bring Andrea in there to see her Mom!” Mrs. Anita cried.

Andrea’s life story is like a rollercoaster with a heartless mother! How could she choose money over her daughter? And that’s maybe because of this, Andrea became heartless too!

“Stop that nonsense of yours, you’re doing this purposely because my mother told you so! Your loyalty is in her and I don’t care!”Andrea suddenly pops out with a furious Julius behind her.

“Can you shut up your mouth? Or I will let you go back to jail? Julius threatens her.

“Oh, I’m sorry sir. Please don’t put her back in jail please!” Mrs. Anita stands up and kneels in front of Julius.

“Look at what you’ve done! I’m warning you Gold digger! Behave or I will truly throw you away in jail again and I swear!” Julius shouted at her.

“Fine! I’am now your prisoner. All of you!”She shouted and sits down.

She got an attitude but I’m a brat! I won’t let her win.

“Let’s talk seriously Andrea. Do you want to go back to jail? If that will happen. I will never help you again!” I said angrily.

“That’s good Nalzen. I will gladly put her back in there!”

“Julius, Can you leave us alone? Go to the kitchen with Aaron. I want to talk to them privately.” I beg and good thing he runs immediately.

I know Aaron is annoyed with Julius.

“Now, what?” She asked with attitude.

But I have an attitude too!

“Now, you need to behave, Andrea! Aaron is angry as well as Julius. The worst person is Evette!” I told her.

“The damn bitch? Good thing that I didn’t pull all of her hair!” She answered laughing.

“I don’t want you to laugh Andrea! They are all powerful and rich. I’m trying to save you from all of this mess!” I explained.

“Thank you but I don’t need you to save me Nalzen. I hate you! Don’t you know that?” She asked and shouted in my face.

“Stop it Andrea! Ma’am Nalzen saved and help you. You should be thankful and kind to her.” Mrs. Anita suddenly speaks angrily.

I can feel the pain inside her heart. She treated Andrea as her daughter. But look at this heartless bitch!

“Well, I’m sorry. I’am not thankful at all!” She smirks and has no manners!

And my patience has run off and I slap her hard!

“Even if you are not thankful but at least be respectful! Can’t you wake up that we are dealing with a real situation in here?” I asked.

“She deserves it! And please, mind your own life!”And I slap her again.

“You should listen in here. Your mom waited at the gate for five hours! Without drinking and eating! Just to see me and ask for help. Can’t you at least recognize her effort and love for you? I know that you are angry and in rage because of what your real Mom did but be thankful because they are still alive! You still have a chance to talk to them and blame them for what they did to you. My parents are dead. I didn’t even talk with them and say goodbye! You have Mrs. Anita and Andy that loves you even if your real Mom left. And you’re lucky to have them. Forget the past and start a new life, Andrea.” I said sadly. Thinking about my parents can make me emotional. She’s lucky that she still have a chance to be with them!

She should be thankful to have a family that loves her!

“Ma’am you should calm down.” Mrs. Anita said and she’s worried about me.

She has a kind heart and soul! Hopefully, Andrea can finally see that.

“I’m okay thank you,” I answered smiling.

“Okay fine, I will do what you said Nalzen but you should give me a job. I want to become a model in your company!” Andrea surprisingly said.

“What? Seriously! I want Andy to become a model too and help her with her studies.” I answered.

“You don’t have to do that! I should be the one and not you. I will finance her studies if you will give me a job. Aaron cut off all my cards and bank accounts. I don’t have a single coin in my pocket. I don’t know where’s the other money that he’s been talking about!” And her intention is good for Andy.

But Aaron suddenly arrives with Julius holding some cookies.

“Stop your nonsense lie, Andrea! You hide the money and be sure to keep them forever because the moment you withdraw, You will be back in jail!” Aaron threaten her and put forcefully the cookies in front of us then he walked away.

“Ma’am, I don’t understand why Sir Aaron is angry with her. It’s because of money?” Mrs. Anita asked.

“Yeah but I don’t know the exact details, Mrs. Anita. Just don’t mind it.”I answered.

“What now? Should I have a job?” Andrea asked.

What else can I do? I should say yes and let her stay in her province just for a little while!

“Okay, I will hire you as one of my models. Remember, Julius is my model now too. And I want my employee to focus on their job and hopefully, you will not be distracted by his presence.” I explained.

“Don’t worry, he can’t distract me again!” She answered with determination.

And who could it be?

Julius run and open the gate.

“Who is this beautiful lady Nalzen!” Julius asks while looking at my Secretary from head to foot.

“Julius, don’t tell that you forgot that she’s my secretary?” I asked in disbelief.

“Oh, It’s Miss Laine! She’s more beautiful today than before.” He said happily.

“Tsk! A maniac womanizer!” Andrea chimed in rolling her eyes.

“Don’t listen to that Ugly Gold Digger Miss Laine. Why are you here?” Julius asked seductively.

Now he is flirting. He is bored of his life!

“I came in here for Ma’am Nalzen,” Laine answered politely.

“What is it?” I asked.

“The Fashion show in New York is canceled, Ma’am. The date was moved because a famous actress will use the same venue.

“That actress must be famous. And that’s good! We can have more time to prepare and I need to make Evette’s dress.” I answered.

“Yes, ma’am but we have some additional work to do, The client wants us to have a pictorial in different provinces here in our place wearing their native clothes,” Laine explained.

“What? Well, I think the employees would love to have some vacation!” I said happily.

“Wow, I love it!” Julius shouted.

“And I like it too. I will become a model of Z Fashion and I love it!” Andrea shouted sarcastically.

“Enough! We will plan all of this. It’s not only a vacation but we need to work too!” I shouted.

“And that’s bullshit!” Aaron shouted and we all turned around.

There he is angrily looking at us!
