His Psycho Lover

CHAPTER TEN

To: My beautiful wife

Don’t bother to cook for dinner. Let’s eat outside. I love you.

Message sent.

I smile after I send the message.

“Obviously, Blaze watered Maggie last night. The width of the smile.” I looked up and stared at Jace but everyone’s eyes were on me.

“What?” I asked them.

“I was like that before, Blaze, when I realized I was in love with Hailey.”

My phone beep. I read Maggie’s reply first before talking to them.

From: My beautiful wife

Ok, Just send me the location, I love you too.

“So, what now, sucker?”

“Tss, yes, I am in love with my wife. Do you have a problem that?” I confess. “She’s my wife, the problem with that?”

“Ow, I thought you couldn’t fall in love with Maggie?” Jace seconded

“Well, I guess. Blaze got to know the real Maggie better now that they’re together in the same house. So, you’ve proven she’s not a bad girl, right, Blaze?”

“I owe you for this, Dane.” I know that Dane knows that Maggie is not the kind of woman who just goes with any man.

“So, congrats, sucker.”

“Who’s next? I feel it’s Jace.” Phoenix said and were accompanied by laughter.

“You fools, you idiots.”

“I think Jace and Margot are good to pair.” I stopped at what Dane said and they even looked at her.

“Stop it, I don’t want women. To dramatized.”

“I’ve never missed, Jace. Phoenix and Hailey, Blaze and Maggie. You and Margot. And when I said, it will happen.”Content © copyrighted by NôvelDrama.Org.

“Then pair her to Zeus.” Dane motioned her finger as a sign of no.

“Stupid, you’re already sleeping and you’re going to pass it on to me?”

“There’s no chemistry. Zeus is good to the modest, simple, innocent, attractive. Like Hailey,” Dane added.

“Just for clarification, like my wife, not my wife.”

“It’s disgusting for you to be jealous. Those are your wives,” Jace said.

“Dane, can’t something be hot, sexy, wild good to me? Like —” Zeus looked at me and smiled.

“Like who Zeus?” I asked. Try to answer MAGGIE and our friendship is over.

“Like who? Nevermind.” Dane laughed hard at Zeus’ answer then stood up.

“I have a meeting, maybe I can’t come back now. Just call me if there’s something important.” Then she left us.

“Phoenix, Blaze, how does being married feel? Besides having sex?”

“You want to get married, sucker?”

“Don’t answer Zeus, you don’t have a wife, you’re not Phoenix and you’re not Blaze.” Then he looked at us. “What?”

“Happy wake up early in the morning and greet your wife good morning. So damn happy, thinking that you lay beside the woman that you wanted to spend for the rest of your life,” Phoenix answered.

“You, Blaze?”

“Hmp, Maggie and I have only been together for almost a month, the first week to the second I still don’t have feelings for her and we always argue. But now, it’s a different feeling. I mean, Maggie is the first woman who makes me feel like this. You know that I’ve never been like this before. So, what you see in me now is because of Maggie. That’s my change because that’s how I feel.”

I never thought I would be vocal as this. We are open to conversations but not to our feelings. We also always talk about things before and I give some opinions, thought and points of view. But when it comes to my personal feelings this is the first time.

“You’re in love, sucker, first time to talk long,”

“Why, Jace, why did you ask?” Phoenix asked.

“If I can’t back out of the wedding, will my feelings be the same as yours? I mean, will our marriage be successful though, I have doubts about myself at that time?”

The three of us looked at each other. Jace is a happy-go-lucky, funny, a joker of the team. But once it’s serious, it’s really serious so we also get serious.

“I think yes,” Zeus answered. “Before the wedding, you were so happy. We all know how happy you are. It’s like you planned everything you wanted for both of you. But suddenly it happened. You became the runaway groom.”

I heard Jace sigh and lean back on the sofa.

Jace is supposed to get married to Brianna. His first love since high school. Their relationship lasts for five years even though they became LDR. Jace proposed and Brianna said yes. But on the wedding day, the fool did not show up.

Brianna left the country after that day. To this day we still don’t know Jace’s real reason. All we know is he is not ready. We are open to each other but we respect the word privacy especially if the feelings do not want to be open. We are still on his side.

“You’re sorry you didn’t proceed to the wedding?” Phoenix asks him.

“Sort of, especially now that I see that you’re happy. I thought you were happy. If the marriage went on and she became my wife, maybe the problem would be solved somehow.”

“You are not meant to be, sucker. Because, if the two of you really meant for each other. The marriage will continue because you two still think alike.”

“She’s here.”

“What?” we asked at the same time.

“Brianna is here. We met in the restaurant. I am with Margot and we met after in BCC.

“With her new?” Phoenix asked.

“No, alone, and she’s single.”

“Did you talk?” I asked.

“More than that if you know what I mean, and fuck I miss her.”

“Wait, sucker, I thought you and Margot were ok?”

“You idiot, Jace, my wife will kill you when she finds out you’re sleeping with her sister and then leave her hanging.”

“Stupid, it’s different from the one who slept unintentionally. I don’t know she was a virgin and she assumed that I wanted her. Then she declared immediately tha I am her boyfriend.”

“Shut up, I’m not really on your side, you idiot.”

“Don’t fight me, ok? I’m already confused.”

“What’s your plan, sucker?”

“The truth?”

“That joke is just stupid, just tell us the joke, and then we’ll bury you alive,” said Phoenix. “Probably.”

“I still love Brianna but I can’t tell Margot. We don’t have a label but because her expectations are high and I feel sorry for her. She already claimed that we are a couple because something happened to us and my concern for her is that she thinks I already love her.”

“You’re dead, sucker,” I heard him sigh while shaking.

“Great help, Zeus.”

“You’re welcome,”

“We know how much you love Brianna even if you left her. But hopefully, you first fix your problem with Margot and clarify about you before you re-enter Brianna’s life. Jace, you’re friends with us, me, like you’re a brother and I don’t want to be stuck with you and my wife because her sister is involved in this. ”

“I understand. I will try to fix this mess.”

Damn! Why love is so fucking complicated. Fortunately, my wife and I have settled down. We both love each other and promise that we are the only ones and no one else. Fortunately, we did not go through any major problems.
