His Mistreated Mate

Chapter 9

Smiling blissfully at my Mate as we walked hand in hand in the beautiful warm sunshine, I finally felt free and at ease. Life was starting to look great again and I was beginning to feel comfortable in my new family and Pack. Taking in my surroundings, I was aware that we were following a worn dirt path up a steep hill, surrounded by long, prickly, grasses and dry gorse bushes. Birds chirped happily while they soared through the air, the sun beating down its rays on their feathered backs while wild rabbits ran across our path and out of view into the thick vegetation, their little white tails bobbing behind them. Panting heavily, I grasped on to Blake's hand and allowed him to pull me up the remaining short distance to the summit.

"Where are we going anyway?" I huffed noisily, trying to catch my breath as my heart beat painfully in my chest. "What are we doing up here?"

"I've got something special to show you," winked Blake teasingly. "I wanted to show you something before your official Luna duties begin." "Oh, really?" I replied in shock. "What is it that you want to show me?"All content is property © NôvelDrama.Org.

"You'll see!" Blake grinned excitedly like a kid at Christmas. "Come on, we are nearly there."

Smiling once more, I quickly followed Blake as we reached the summit to find a flat grassy area surrounded by cool leafy trees, allowing us to rest in much needed shade. Underneath one of the trees, I spied a large, chequered picnic blanket complete with a wicker basket filled with mouth-watering food and a large bottle of champagne and two glasses.

"A picnic?" I whispered in shock, blushing furiously. "For me? Blake, you didn't need to do this!"

"But I wanted to," Blake soothed, pulling me closer towards him and hugging me tightly. "Ever since your parents died, you've never known love or kindness and you deserve the world and more! There's also another reason why I bought you up here too!"

"There is?" I replied slowly. "What is it?"

"Come here," Blake whispered, gently grabbing my hand, and leading me to the edge of the summit and pointing out into the vast distance that was spread out infront of us like a patchwork quilt. "What can you see?"

I slowly turned my head from looking at Blake in amazement to see what he was trying to show me. Before I could stop myself, a small gasp escaped my lips. As far as the eye could see, were rows and rows of neat little houses, luscious green parks and cobalt blue lakes surrounding a sprawling city filled with towering skyscrapers, office blocks and little boutiques. I could see the vast woodlands leading out on to the moors and right in the distance, was a faint line of brilliant blue, which I knew was our coastal lands and towards the East, was the outline of the mountains, which edged my new territory. The skyscrapers looked small and insignificant from up here and the cars and houses looked like little toy matchbox cars. The view from here was absolutely breath-taking. Stunned, I turned around slowly and looked at Blake curiously.

"But this is our city?" I began slowly. "And the surrounding territories. Except, I've never seen it like this before. It's beautiful. I've never realised how beautiful our world really is!"

"Just like you are too," Blake whispered, coming behind me and gently kissing my neck. "And now this is all yours. I wish I could give you more, but we are no longer able to fight over territories."

"I don't need any more territory," I murmured gently. "All that I need is standing right behind me. Blake Carson, you complete me. Ever since my parents died, I thought I was destined to live life as a skivvy for other people. I couldn't see a way out or an escape route. Because of you, I am finally free, and I will never be able to thank you enough. I'm just sorry I couldn't give you the one thing you desired!"

"I desired?" queried Blake gently, cupping my face and looking at me in earnest with his chocolate brown eyes. "What is that? There's nothing that you could have given me that would make me anymore happier?"

"I can't give you my virginity," I gulped sadly. "And I'm sorry for that. I was keeping it intact for my Mate, should I had ever found him, but that monster had other ideas!"

"I don't want your virginity, Libby. Your virginity doesn't matter to me. I still love you, no matter what has happened," Blake vowed quickly. "And that monster shall pay! No doubt about it."

"Do you have to go and fight?" I whimpered sadly, staring back at Blake. "What if my old Pack kills you? I'll be devastated. You can't ever leave me. You are part of me now! I've only just got you!"

"Hey, hey, hey," soothed Blake, cupping my face in his hands once more and looking at me intently. "I'm not going anywhere. I promise. You have me for all eternity. For as long as we both shall live, okay? I'm not planning on fighting anyway. We are just going to go, pick up James and his whore of a girlfriend and bring them back for judgement."

"But what if it does end up in a fight?" I pressed on. "They could kill you!"

"No, they won't," laughed Blake gently. "I'm too powerful for that. Besides, all of our warriors and our finest hunters shall be coming with me. We shall have the numbers and the strength. The Eclipse Pack wouldn't stand a chance." "I hope so!" I mumbled quietly. "I don't know what I'd do if I lost my Mate. I've lost everyone else that I've ever loved. Maybe it's just me? Maybe I am destined to be all alone and unloved and unhappy!"

"Hey! Don't think like that! Everything will be fine, I promise!" Blake ordered loudly. "Why don't we sit and have some lunch. Let's talk about something else to take your mind off things, yeah?"

Nodding, I followed Blake back towards the tree and carefully sat down on the blanket. I watched as Blake grabbed the champagne bottle and popped it open with a loud pop. Fizzy champagne began spilling out of the bottle like a mini volcano. Giggling, I held up a glass and expertly caught the foaming liquid. I watched as Blake quickly filled up his glass before setting down the bottle and holding up his glass in the air.

"A toast!" he announced loudly. "To us! The best Alpha and Luna our kind has and ever will see! Let the good times roll and let us be happy and healthy for many years to come!"

"To us!" I agreed, giggling gently, clinking my glass against Blake's gently, before sipping the cold fizzy liquid. "Let the good times commence!"

All afternoon, the sun beat down its golden rays onto us while we feasted like kings and got to know one another a bit better. Exhaling contentedly, I finally lay back against the hard but warm body of my Mate, while he had his strong, powerful arms wrapped around me lovingly. There was no one here on the summit apart from us and it felt like I was on top of the world. It didn't take us long to demolish the jam sandwiches, pork pies, cocktail sausages, chocolate cupcakes and strawberries that had been packed into the picnic basket. Feeling full and relaxed, I casually sipped on my champagne while eying up the magnificent view all around me. Suddenly a thought popped into my head.

"If this is a beauty spot, then why is no one here?" I asked curiously. "I'd have thought this place would have been packed. It's beautiful but I've seen no one around for hours!"

"Yeah, I kind of had something to do with that," Blake laughed mischievously. "It normally is very busy up here, but when you was getting ready in the shower this morning, I mind-linked everyone and told them that I didn't want no one up here as I wanted to spend some time alone with you."

"What about the picnic?" I replied softly. "I didn't see you pack it?"

"Well, you wouldn't have as I didn't make it," Blake chuckled before kissing the top of my head. "I got our resident chef to make it and bring it up here while we was discussing important matters over breakfast. I know I've only laid eyes on you today, but it feels like I've known you forever!"

"I feel like that too!" I admitted, snuggling deeper into Blake's embrace. "There's something about you. You feel like you are home to me."

"Good! Because I feel the same way about you," murmured Blake. "I thought it was the Pack holding me together and keeping me grounded, but I realised it is now you. My wolf knew you was coming, and I could feel him holding out for you. I didn't know it was you at the time but every woman I looked at, my wolf would turn away in disgust."

Looking up at Blake as he looked down at me, I smiled gently at his words, feeling the butterflies fluttering inside of my stomach. Blake was drop dead gorgeous and I couldn't believe I had been blessed with something so beautiful. Slowly, Blake lowered his head and bought his lips on to mine while his tongue began to snake inside of my mouth. Turning around slowly, I got up on my knees and pushed my weight against him, toppling us both. Straddling him, I leant forward and kissed him passionately, allowing his tongue to enter my mouth and explore the dark depths within. Underneath me, I could feel his member growing, signalling that he wanted more of me. Carefully, I lowered my hands and began unbuttoning his shirt, revealing the wispy dark hair that covered his chest.

"I'd love to have you again Libby, but we need to get back to the Packhouse," groaned Blake as he looked up at me. "The warriors will be waiting for us!" "Then let them wait," I purred softly. "What's another ten, fifteen minutes?"

"Oh, you are so insatiable Miss Westwood," grinned Blake excitedly. "What monster have I turned you into?"

Grinning, I bent down and kissed Blake once more before shuffling myself further down his legs. Fumbling with the buckle on his belt, I finally undone it and unbuttoned Blakes jeans. I felt him lift his hips up slightly as my fingers deftly tugged down on the material slightly, allowing his member to pop free from the restraints of the clothing and quiver gently in the cool air. Glancing down at Blake quickly, I lowered my head, my hair covering my face, providing some form of modesty, and took him inside of my mouth. A sudden gasp filled the air which signalled that I was doing something right. Closing my eyes, I concentrated on giving my Mate the intense pleasure he deserved and allowed all of him to penetrate my mouth. Gently, I sucked and licked, feeling Blake's hand gently caressing the back of my head. Before I knew it, I felt myself being pulled up and rolled over back on to the grass. Blake was now kneeling above me, his face evident of his enjoyment. He quickly tugged at the waistband of my leggings and swiftly pulled them off along with my underwear.

"Now you have done it," he grinned. "You've awakened the monster inside me. You wanted him to play, so now you can have him!"

Feeling myself being swung back around so I was facing the breath-taking view, I felt Blake's hands gently wrap around my hips and lift them up before pushing my back down towards the ground. I could feel his member hovering behind me and suddenly, I felt Blake slide inside of me from behind, filling me up with intense pleasure. I had forgot how big Blake really was, but it felt good, and it wasn't long before the familiar waves of pleasure coursed through my body. Faster and faster, our bodies worked together, building up the intense heat before our bodies finally reached the summit of their own. Finally spent and breathless, Blake collapsed back on top of me, while gently nibbling on my ear lobe.

"What have you turned me into Miss Westwood," Blake mumbled breathlessly, planting little kisses down my spine. "Come on. Let's go, before I fail to control my urges and fuck you all over the city!"

Giggling, I stood up and reassembled my clothes, blushing furiously. I couldn't believe that I'd just had sex outside with a hot hunky man that was all mine. Smiling to myself, I bent down and grabbed the blanket while Blake picked up the picnic basket and followed him back down the hill. Quickly, we hurried back towards the Packhouse, my heart beginning to beat with worry and dread at what was about to happen. Would I see Julianne and James again? Would we even find them? Finally arriving at the Packhouse, we were greeted with a flurry of activity. A large group of people who I recognised as our top warriors, was waiting patiently on the drive, all of whom who looked pleased to see us as soon as they spotted us. Beta Alistair stepped forward and coughed gently.

"Boss, we are ready. The hunters are on their way."

Before Blake could reply, the sound of crunching gravel alerted us that someone was coming. As we looked up, a group of five people came hurrying over to us before standing beside the warriors. A tall bald-headed man step forward and bowed his towards us.

"Sir, Mam, the hunters are ready," the man reported loudly. "We stand by you."

"Thank you, Damien," Blake replied gratefully before looking at me. "I think we are ready Libby. Are you sure you want to come?"

"Yes!" I nodded furiously. "I need to make sure you stay safe! If I stay, I will only be panicking and worrying!"

"Very well," Blake smiled softly, running my hands lovingly through my hair, before turning to address the assembled Pack. "Let's go team. Let's go and find these bastards and bring them to justice!"

Quickly, we all walked towards a group of waiting black cars and pilled in. Blake and I jumped in the back of a large Range Rover while Beta Alistair jumped into the driver's seat. Loudly, the car wheel span on the gravel as we pulled off and raced down the drive towards my old territory. I could feel my heart beating in my chest as the car sped through the green forests and back towards the city. The city was a free land so we could travel without persecution, but I knew the minute we stepped into my old territory, it would anger my old Packmates. As if he had read my mind, Blake coughed loudly.

"Don't worry about your old Packhouse," he murmured. "They won't do anything about us being on their lands. We are much more powerful than them!"

Nodding silently, I turned my head and stared back out of the window. The car snaked through quiet streets filled with shoppers who were hurriedly buying their last purchases of the day and people who had finished their shifts and was about to head home before we made our way towards the west of the city. A large housing estate began creeping up on us which marked the beginning of the Eclipse's territory. A lump began to form in my throat, and I could feel my breathing begin to quicken and my hands get clammy. Was I even doing the right thing?

As the car turned off and quickly made its way down a familiar lane towards a luxurious three storey house, a loud howl echoed through the air, sending the little hairs on my arms to stand up. I stared out of the window silently as the car raced through two brown wooden gates and began pulling up on a large, gravelled drive. The luxurious home was complete with a double garage and a neatly mowed front lawn with a large spectacular water feature, consisting of two wolves playing sat on the lawn. The hedgerows were perfectly trimmed, and pretty border plants lined the drive. The house was silent and there was no sign of anybody being home, which was odd for a Packhouse. Skidding to a stop on the drive, Blake undone his belt and looked at me intently.

"We are here. But you can wait in the car!"
