Her Fae Lovers

Fifteen

Lola stopped, pulling her hand from Puca’s grasp. As she came to a stop and looked up at him, “I said I was coming back home soon, what are you doing?”

“Getting you out of danger.” Puca turned to look at Lola. Her cheeks were flushed and her eyes shone in the sunlight.

“I wasn’t in any danger.” Lola said as she glared up at him, “Erik is my friend.”

Puca held up his hands showing her the healing scorched skin, “There is something in there that isn’t safe.”

Lola stepped closer, taking his burnt hand in her own so she could study his palm, “Don’t be ridiculous, why are you hurt? And why do you think there is something in the store that’s dangerous?”

“Iron, it was on all of the doors. The windows too, even the bells.” Puca said, watching the wisp of purple hair that escaped her ponytail and caressed her shoulder.

“I don’t understand.”

“Iron hurts my kind. The runes traced into the box you found us in were sealed in it. I don’t know why it didn’t hurt you.” He brought his hand up, pushing that strand of soft hair behind her ear as she looked up.

“I found the box at Erik’s.”

“How well do you trust your friend?” Puca whispered, as he watched her teeth worrying her lower lip. Frowning at the color flaring to life on her cheeks, knowing that it wasn’t for him, but for the other man.

“I trust him a lot.” Lola glanced away, even as she spoke the words she didn’t know if they were true. She wanted them to be. From a young age she had learned to trust her intuition, as her grandmother and mother had taught her to do. Now was one of those times were if she thought about it. That yes she had always been attracted to Erik, did she trusted him though?

“Puca just doesn’t want you to trust him because he fancies you.” Bodach said as he got closer. He pushed the glasses down the bridge of his nose as Puca’s gaze met his. “Isn’t that right, my friend?”

“If she trusts him, that’s all that matters. Even if I do not.”

“You don’t even know him.” Lola said, pressing her lips together as Bodach stepped closer to her. She could feel the heat of their bodies, and this time she couldn’t blame it on the cramped space of her kitchen as Puca moved closer to her. Trapping her in between their muscular bodies.

Merrow slowly ambled closer, his eyes taking in the sight of the three of them. He smirked to himself as he watched Lola’s eyes travel from Puca to Bodach.

“Looks like they’re either going to fight over her or take her together.” Lu said as he caught up with Merrow.

“Aye, I know which I prefer.” Merrow chuckled as he glanced over at his friend.

“I’m sure you do, your type are not very picky.”

“What are you implying, Lu?” Merrow said as he turned to look at the leprechaun.

“Just that I know your kind, anything to scratch the itch.” Lu said glancing back towards Puca and Bodach, “It’s hard to hide it in the box, you were never good about hiding it before.”

“No, I wasn’t. She’s different. If I get her I don’t think I’d be able to let her go.”

“If the others get to her first?” Lu asked, knowing that he wanted her as well. He didn’t mind sharing with the other men. It was hard to think of a time when it hadn’t been the four of them.

Even before their entrapment. He didn’t think he’d even know what to do without them after so long together. Lu didn’t like the way his chest clenched painfully at the thought of them all not being together after they escaped the box for good.

“I don’t think I would want it any other way.” Merrow said softly, and Lu let out a deep sigh.

“You both stop it. I can’t think when you do that.” Lola huffed out, pulling Lu’s attention back to the trio.

“Do what go halainn,” Puca asked as he stepped forward, his lips tilting up with a smirk as his body pressed against hers. His chest pressing against her breasts, feeling her nipple harden through the thin material of her dress.

“That sexy thing that you’re doing right now that makes me feel all trapped, but in a good way.” Lola slapped a hand over her mouth, her blush deepening as Bodach ran his fingertips over her arms and up her shoulders.

“Trapped, but in a good way. I like it.” Bodach said as he felt goosebumps rise under his touch along her smooth freckled skin.

“I didn’t, I didn’t mean to say that last part.” Lola stammered out as Bodach stepped closer, pinning her body between the two of them.

“What if we want you too?” Puca asked as he brough his hand up to cup her cheek. Forcing her to meet his gaze.

Lola looked up into his eyes, desire. Hunger for her shown clear as day. She looked over her shoulder at Bodach, seeing the emotions reflected across his stoic features. “Food, we need food.”All text © NôvelD(r)a'ma.Org.

“Not the answer I was hoping she would go with.” Lu said with a laugh.

“Me either,” Merrow said as he and Lu moved closer.

“Groceries, we need more, since you guys are staying with me.” Lola said, moving from between the two men. She didn’t know why she felt so hot and bothered. Why she wanted to give into them and what they seemed to offer. Smoothing her hair down, she brought her hands to her cheeks, feeling the warm heat of her blush under her palms.

What was it about the fae men that made her feel this way? That made her want to give into them and the promises that their eyes held.
