Chapter 702
Debra rolled her eyes, but she couldn't hide her excitement.
Shelia had been thoroughly humiliated in front of everyone, and by now, she was probably cursing them with every breath she took. Erica exchanged a glance with Randy. Erica asked, "So, what do we do now?"
"These lovebirds are clearly in their own world. I say we leave them to it," replied Randy.
They had stood there silently through the whole fiasco, not even getting a word in edgewise. Ben approached them. "Mr. Houston asked you both to head upstairs."
Randy raised an eyebrow. "When did he say that? I thought he only had eyes for Debra. Marion used to be a straight-laced businessman. Now, he was like a peacock showing off. They had prepared things the entire morning, only to create a stage for him to tear apart Shelia. Ben tried to soothe him. "Well, Mr. Houston has something important to discuss with you." "Okay, I'll do him the favor." Randy nodded.
Upstairs, Debra looked around the cleaned office and sighed.
"It's a shame that this office has been repainted by Shelia. I don't like this cream color."
"I know, so I had them prepare another office for you."
"Another office?"
Marion led her out and to the top floor. There, a new office had been set up. It was exactly to her taste-simple, elegant, and artistic.
From the furniture to the smallest details, everything had been meticulously arranged. The space was also twice the size of her previous office, with wooden floors and cozy touches. Debra leaned against the desk and smiled.
"So, besides the drama today, you had this surprise planned for me too?"
"Do you like it?"
"Very."
She wrapped her arms around his neck,

their lips were about to meet, the door opened.
"Oops, I didn't see anything. You guys continue," Randy said, quickly closing the door. Debra pulled her hands back, but Marion bent down to kiss her on the corner of her lips.
Randy asked cautiously from outside, "Uh, can we come in now?"
Marion straightened his sleeves. "Come in."
Randy and Erica entered the room. Debra got up to prepare tea for them, but Marion beat her to it. "I'll do it."
"Alright."
Debra went to sit on the sofa, trying to act as if nothing had happened.
Erica's gaze shifted back and forth between them. She leaned in close to Debra's ear and whispered, "Did Randy just interrupt something?"
Debra's face turned an even deeper shade of red. "No."
Randy cleared his throat, breaking the tension. "Respect privacy and drink your tea."
Erica pouted, and Randy quickly
