Gina, And Her Triplet Alphas

Jasmine And Her Bullies – Chapter 50

Third-person POV

It was early the next morning, and the table had been set for breakfast. The aroma and flavors of various delicacies filled the room, arousing those who were still asleep and alerting those who were awake that it was time for breakfast.

Jasmine’s parents were still staying at the Silver Moon Pack as guests, the reason being that plans were underway to capture Noah and make him pay for what he had done.

They all knew that Noah would still be on the lookout for Jasmine, and they needed to make sure that they apprehended him before he struck again.

Mia was the first to arrive at the dining table, which had various mouth-watering meals. Taking her seat, she eagerly anticipated the arrival of the rest of the family.

She woke up so hungry that it was difficult to keep to her morals, and the tantalizing aroma of the food wasn’t helping her case.

“Mia, wait,” she grumbled to herself.

A minute later, Jasmine joined her at the table, her eyes scanning the array of dishes spread out.

“Good morning,” Jasmine said with a big smile, taking her seat beside Mia and reaching for a plate, eager to start eating.

Mia grabbed her hand and chuckled.

“I think we should wait for the others,” she said to Jasmine. “Did you sleep well? And are you okay? You left the dining table suddenly last night.” Mia questioned.

Jasmine reluctantly put her plate back and turned to Mia. “I was…”Please check at N/ôvel(D)rama.Org.

Ethan interrupted with a k**s on her cheek. His presence had gone unnoticed until that moment. He took his seat beside Jasmine, draping his arm around her shoulder as he pulled her closer.

“I’m sure she had one of her best nights yesterday,” he teased with a chuckle.

Jasmine’s cheeks turned red from blushing, and she lowered her head, her mind wandering back to what had transpired between her and her mates.

The mere thought of it made her p***y twitch, as she was still partly unsatisfied after they left her hanging.

The intimate moments they had shared still lingered in her thoughts.

She chuckled and glanced up at Ethan, who winked at her. Her cheeks felt like they were on fire from the sudden rush of redness.

She tried to focus on the moment, but her mind kept drifting back to the previous night. She was still mad at how they had left her hanging but, wanted to play it cool until she got her pound of flesh.

As they waited for the others to arrive, they discussed various topics: their plans for the upcoming semester, their strategy for holding Noah accountable for his actions, and the trouble he had caused their family.

“Don’t you think we should set these discussions aside for now and just enjoy this delicious food?” Ethan suggested, laughing.

Mia shook her head. “We can’t do that; we have to wait for the others,” she insisted.

As much as she wanted to dig into the food and forget all about manners and courtesy, she knew they had to wait.

Just then, their parents and their brothers joined them at the table, and they all began to eat.

Ethan was the first to serve himself and dig in, savoring the flavors of the food.

As they ate, Jasmine couldn’t help but steal glances at each of the brothers, reflecting on how far they had come.

She vividly remembered how much she had disliked them just a few months ago, ready to confront them for anything they did to her.

At that time, she believed they were the villains in her story, while Noah, who had always been by her side, was the better option. Now she had discovered the whole truth.

She smiled as she ate, realizing that the ones who had once bullied her and picked on her had turned out to be her mates.

Gina cleared her throat, gaining everyone’s attention. “The full moon festival will be taking place in two weeks, and I would like to celebrate it with all of you,” she announced.

“That’s a fantastic idea!” Zane exclaimed, turning to Mia. “You should help Mom plan the party; it will give you more experience before planning our wedding. I want a perfect wedding,” he teased.

Jasmine freezes as all attention goes to her, and to help her anxiety, she stuffs her mouth with lots of food to avoid saying anything.

“Mia will need more experience to plan the elaborate wedding we have in mind. So, you should join in planning the moon festival celebration to gain that experience,” Calix stated. Jasmine nearly choked on her food.

Calix stood up from his seat and walked over to Mia, suggesting that she switch places with him so he could sit next to Jasmine. Mia doesn’t make any fuss before allowing him.

The wedding talk seemed to have lodged something in Jasmine’s throat, making it hard to swallow.

She started coughing and reached for her glass of water, gulping it down to clear her throat.

Calix laughed, and a few other people who noticed her ordeal laughed.

“I’d rather see you choked up on something stronger than just food,” Ethan whispered into her ears.

Jasmine coughed again and drank another glass of water, making her stomach feel uncomfortably full.

She didn’t understand why they kept taunting her with their words, but it strangely felt good.

Mia’s mother stood up with her glass of wine, a broad smile on her face.

“Shall we make a toast? Let’s toast to our family coming together through Jasmine and our sons’ reunion,” she proposed.

“That’s a wonderful idea,” Zane agreed, and everyone at the table raised their glasses. “Cheers to many more years of our two families being together!”

With that, they clinked their glasses together, the sound filling the room along with their laughter.

It was a moment they hoped would last forever, stronger together and ready to face anyone who opposed them.

Later that afternoon, Mia and Jasmine were having a girly chat in the garden when Ethan and Calix came to join them.

“Can’t you guys just leave us alone? I mean, do you always have to look for every opportunity to be around us?” Mia accused her brothers.

Ethan and Calix are a little surprised by their sister’s outburst but decide to ignore her.

Jasmine, we were wondering if you would like to go to the stream with us. It is very hot, and we figured going to the stream might be fun. Calix said.

The idea of going to the stream seemed to excite Jasmine a lot because she was one to enjoy seeing a lot of water. The flow and sound of water relax her a lot. But considering how Mia might react to her being left alone, she declined.

“Thanks; I am not interested. I am having a lot of fun chatting with my best friend, so no, thank you,” she said.

“Mia, do you realize you are stopping our mate from hanging out with us?” asked Ethan.

“She was my friend before she became your mate,” retorted Mia.

“You could join us; who knows, you might find your mate at the stream,” teased Calix.

“Did I tell you I was looking for a mate?” Mia fired at him.

“You don’t have to say it, because it is obvious that you are jealous,” Calix said tauntingly to Mia.

“Seriously, I hate you,” Mia said, rolling her eyes heavenly with her hands folded across her chest.

“Mia, how about I get you that necklace you have always wanted?” Ethan said casually to her.

Mia looked at him as if trying to ascertain if he was lying to her or not.

“Are you serious?” she exclaimed, unable to believe that she was finally getting that piece of jewelry she had been craving.

“Yeah,” replied Ethan, who seemed to be thinking of what would be left of his account balance after buying her the piece of jewelry.

“Shut up, you are kidding,” Mia teased.

“Yeah, I wish I was, especially since I will be broke for some time, but if that is what it takes to spend some time with Jasmine, I will get it for you,” Ethan said.

“Fine, just make sure you guys bring her back home early,” Mia said to her brothers, who couldn’t help but chuckle at her excitement.

“Do you even mind the fact that you are practically selling me right now?” Jasmine said to Mia while faking annoyance.

“I am not selling you, darling; I am only helping the moon goddess accomplish her plans for you and your mates,” Mia said with a shrug while laughing.
