Flash Marriage Makes A Perfect Match

Chapter 87: Are you with Gabrio?

Allyce nodded, but her mind was on something else.

Severo was so good, but why had he only broken his virginity at the age of twenty-seven?

She discovered that she was more interested in Severo as a person than in his legend of building the L. K. Group.

Allyce realised her distraction and ducked her head, “I know everything, and you don’t have to worry too much, I’m in control”.

Gabrio saw her say that and asked no more questions.

Allyce was an adult with a mind of her own, all he could do was remind her but not influence her decision.

Neto parked the car and, as soon as he entered the cafeteria with the girl he had just picked up today, he saw Allyce and Gabrio sitting in front of the window.

He backed out in a hurry.

The woman holding him looked at him with uncertainty, her voice was soft: “Neto, what’s wrong?

“Honey, don’t say anything yet!” Neto reached out and touched her face as a gesture of reassurance, then came over to look.

Not knowing what she was going to do, the woman kept pouting: “Neto, my legs hurt, let’s go in first~”.

“Go sit by yourself, don’t bother me”.

Neto said, leaving the woman alone, and went inside, finding a more private seat with less chance of being seen by Allyce and the others, and ordered a coffee.

But because of the distance, all he could see was the two men talking happily, but he couldn’t hear what they were saying.

Neto took a sip of his coffee and felt something was wrong.

Since I had known Allyce, I had never seen her so happy with anyone but Lucila, let alone a man.

Was this Gabrio the doctor he had found, and had he latched on so quickly?

Neto looked worried for a while, went back to the car and called Severo.

Severo worked for a while on his papers in the study and when he came downstairs, he found the room quiet, even Beef was curled up in his own nest asleep.

“Allyce?”

He called her name and no one answered, went back upstairs and knocked on her door, pushed on it and found no one.

Three steps and her heart dropped as she realised that her suitcase was still there and her things were still there.

He heaved a long sigh of relief and turned to leave.

He took out his mobile phone to call her, but hesitated and put it away.

No sooner had he put it in place than it rang again.

Severo’s eyes lit up and he pulled out his phone, realising that it was Neto calling, and he wanted to hang up immediately, but thought better of it.

There was a clear note of impatience in his voice: “You’d better have something very important to do”.

Neto didn’t mind her tone and asked: “What is your sister-in-law’s relationship with Dr. Ortis?

Severo’s face sank at that, thinking of how Allyce had smiled so happily at him when Gabrio had come to examine him yesterday.

Also, the watch which was a bit old, but which he seemed to love and appreciate.

All this pointed to the fact that Allyce and Neto had a great relationship.

Severo’s grip on the phone tightened slightly and his voice sank to a terrifying level: “Are you with Gabrio?

“Yes.” Neto finished his quick reply and asked, “How did you know?”.

Only after he had said that did he realise, as an afterthought, that Severo’s tone was not quite right.

He felt he should not have made the call, but he had no time to regret it when he heard Severo’s bone-cold voice again: “Address”.

Severo came quickly.

Neto sat up straight in the car waiting for him to arrive, and that last tone in his voice challenged Neto to go first.

Severo opened the car door and got into Neto’s car.

He opened and lowered the window slightly, and his eyes fell on the man and woman talking to each other inside the floor-to-ceiling windows of the cafeteria.

“Looks like he should be an old acquaintance.” Neto watched Severo’s face and didn’t dare utter another sound.

Severo watched him for a moment and then suddenly said: “Go to Kimdis”.

“Huh?”

Neto thought that when Severo arrived, he would see an unusually gory scene, but he didn’t expect Severo to say he was leaving after a moment.

Neto asked shyly: “It’s Allyce, you …”.

“When I say go, go, deaf man?” Severo’s face was expressionless as he turned his head to look at him, a cold frost covering his face.

“Fine, fine, we’ll go when you say we’ll go”. I had put up with Severo for many years, but he had a temper like few others. Please check at N/ôvel(D)rama.Org.

Severo opened the door and got out of the car, driving his car towards Kimdis, with Neto following in his car.

It was getting late when Allyce came out.

She and Gabrio were in the café, chatting for a while, before it was time for dinner.

Allyce lifted her wrist and looked at the time: “It’s late, let me buy you dinner”.

Gabrio sniffed and did not take the initiative to respond, his eyes rested on the watch on his wrist and Allyce looked at it.

The watch had been sent to him by Gabrio for his Bar Mitzvah.

There were very few people who knew his birthday and very few, if any, who remembered to give him a birthday present.

So the watch Gabrio gave her is a treasure for her.

“It’s been there for four or five years, hasn’t it? I’ll buy you a new one for your birthday this year.” Knowing that Allyce’s mother died in childbirth during her birth, she never celebrated her birthday, and Gabrio rarely gave her presents even if he knew her birthday.

“It’s alright, I’m used to it after wearing it for so many years, come on, I’ll buy you dinner at Kimdis”. Allyce smiled and looked at him.

Gabrio raised an eyebrow: “I hear Kimdis is expensive?

I didn’t know yet that the owner behind Kimdis was also Severo.

However, Allyce wasn’t going to say anything – after all, she and Severo didn’t have that kind of relationship either.

“It’s hard for you too, you just got back and you know about Kimdis, whatever it is, it’s not like you have to pay for it. “Allyce looked at him as she put her phone back in her bag.

When Gabrio saw her say that, he just smiled, stopped talking and followed her to Kimdis.

As soon as Severo and Neto arrived at Kimdis, they opened a private room immediately.

“Let’s make a group.” Severo lit a cigarette and bowed without saying anything.

Neto almost thought he’d misheard: “A game? Do you want to play?”

“Yes.” Severo replied faintly, then exhaled a ring of smoke.

His face was a little blurred through the smoke, and Neto felt it was confused with his temperament.

He had called someone to come, had organised a party for dinner and cards, and had called some women.

He was about to ask Severo if he wanted one, but thought better of it. Severo had always been clean and had only taken care of business, and had always kept away from any woman.

He was about to call the extra woman when he heard Severo speak, pointing to the woman: “You, come here”.
