Flash Marriage Makes A Perfect Match

Chapter 82: Cold and distant

Allyce was so dizzy from his kiss that the hand she was pushing back gradually lost strength and rested on her shoulder without moving again.

It wasn’t until a small cry of flesh came from the hallway that Allyce woke with a start.

He shoved Severo violently, but he had forgotten that he was still standing on the ladder and, after pushing him away, he staggered twice before reaching out and narrowly clinging to the railing.Text © owned by NôvelDrama.Org.

Severo’s hand moved to her side as she swayed, but instead of reaching out, he knelt down and picked up the clothes she had dropped on the floor earlier, then handed them to her, “Yours.”

Severo’s face had returned to normal as soon as she pushed her away, his bony hands cupping her underwear, his face light and not a little uncomfortable.

It was Allyce, on the other hand, who blushed from the side of her face to the base of her neck.

After all, she was still a girl who had never been in a serious relationship and was, in a sense, still very raw.

She reached out and snatched the clothes from Severo’s hand, bit her lip and glared at him before running up the stairs, her back turned as if she was furious.

Severo turned away and touched his lips, his gaze sank.

The fact that he was dressed like that in front of their eyes, it would be a pity not to give himself some advantage.

The first night’s sleep was probably too late, and Allyce awoke at dawn.

As he got out of bed and sat up, he remembered that it was Saturday and he didn’t have to go to work.

Scratching his hair, he went into the bathroom.

He walked over to the mirror, unscrewed the tap and washed his face.

When he looked up, he saw himself in the mirror in a black shirt, his lips still slightly red and swollen.

Allyce was stunned, thinking about the kiss she had shared with Severo on the stairs the night before.

How useless! Why hadn’t I slapped him last night?

On second thoughts, he thought no, he was her saviour, and the kind who had saved her life more than once.

Thinking about it made Allyce feel a little depressed.

……

The lounge was empty when he came downstairs after a brief toilet.

There were footsteps at the door and, when I looked back, it was Severo, in full dress.

It came in from outside, bringing a cold breeze.

It was late autumn and Allyce had just got up from changing clothes and the heating was on in the villa, so she shivered in the sudden cold wind.

Severo frowned and closed the door behind him.

Inside, it was spring-like warmth, and Allyce stood on the stairs looking up at him, looking incredibly soft, as she had just gotten up, and her tone softened, “Did you just get up?”

“Yes.” Although she didn’t feel anything herself, she felt a little uncomfortable being asked by him, she had just checked the time and it was almost eleven o’clock.

At that moment, the door was pushed once more and Neto came in carrying his things, “Severo, why did you close the door, I still have my things in my hands!”

He entered before he realised that Severo was still standing in the doorway and fixed his eyes on Allyce.

Neto smiled at Allyce: “Good morning, sister-in-law!

Allyce pursed her lips and looked at Severo, the last time they had made it clear, Neto kept calling her sister-in-law ….

Seeing Severo’s reaction, he thought he wouldn’t mind too much, so he smiled at Neto: “Good morning”.

Neto then headed for the kitchen with a big bag of stuff.

Severo didn’t look at her either and turned to go over to the dog box and fill it with more dog food.

The night before had been so late that the crate had been taken out into the hallway as soon as everything was finished.

Allyce stood there not knowing what to say when she heard Severo call out to her, “Allyce, come here”.

His tone was a bit gruff and Allyce came closer at the sound of his voice to see a puddle of liquid on the floor under the box and a pile of … dog, shit!

Allyce tugged at the corner of her mouth, Severo wasn’t really going to ask her to come over and…. shovel shit, was he?

“Please.” Severus stood up, his dark eyes fixed on her as he turned and walked in the direction of the kitchen.

The tone was cold, the gaze distant.

Allyce’s lips parted and no words came out.

A man like Severo had his own pride.

It made no sense for me to be unconditionally tolerant when she said so.

The only reason he would have gone to rescue her last night was probably because it had happened at Kimdis and he, as chief, wanted less trouble, which was to fish her out, otherwise Kimdis would have been closed after such an incident.

And that kiss …

Only accidentally, like that night in Kimdis.

Neto was looking for the contents of his bag when Severo approached.

“Out of the way.” Severo reached over and took the job out of his hand.

Severo was the one who got Neto to help with Allyce yesterday, and that’s why he had Neto come to rub it in today.

Neto tsked twice and stepped back, looking Severo up and down intently, “Allyce just got up, you had a good night last night, why do you still look like that?”

Severo ignored him.

Neto added: “Is it because she didn’t like you …”.

“Fuck off!”

Severo held the long knife in his hand, removing the tape, and with a quick flick of his wrist, he lifted it and sent it forward, narrowly grazing Neto’s ear and planting it firmly in the wooden rack behind him.

Neto looked back and swallowed silently, his face stiffened as he looked at Severo: “Did I get it right, you …”.

“Do you want to do it again? Promise you won’t be so inaccurate.” Severo looked at him, and Neto immediately retracted the second part of his sentence.

Allyce grew up in a privileged family and had a hard time in the Delahoz family, but not so hard that she was deprived of food and clothing.

There were no small children in the family, so I was a bit devastated by the idea of shovelling, as I had never had a small animal before.

Allyce took a damp paper towel to wipe off the meat, then opened the dog’s cage: “Meat, you go out first …”

When the meat came out, Allyce picked up the shovel to pick up the pile, pinched her nose and looked like she was about to pick it up and throw it in the trash ….

As a result, the cattle suddenly ran and sniffed, then suddenly turned and lunged at Allyce, who was surprised by a jerk of its hand, and the contents of the shovel flew straight into Allyce’s body.

Allyce just looked down, with a look of pain on her face, squeezing the shovel to death, closing her eyes and shouting, “Severo, help …”.
