Flash Marriage Makes A Perfect Match

Chapter 255: Do you really want to go back?

As soon as Severo was back in bed, he took Allyce in his arms.

Allyce allowed Severo to squeeze her in his arms.

She decided to pretend to be asleep until the end.

But it didn’t take long before he could no longer pretend.

One trademark kiss after another fell …

“Mmmm …”

Allyce couldn’t help but clench her fists, not daring to move, but unable to resist making a sound.

“Wake up?”

Severo’s voice had a heavy harshness to it as he wrenched his whole body away from her to stare at her in the darkness.

He stopped moving and leaned his own forehead against hers.

Allyce could feel the hot breath he exhaled, hitting her right in the face.

His face burned immediately, the heat penetrating his cheeks and creeping into his heart.

She shuddered slightly and pushed against his body, whispering, “Get away from me”.

“No”.

Severo’s tone was like that of a negative child, his voice full of resentment.

Instead of pulling away, he moved even closer to her, pressing her even harder.

“I don’t want … to know”.

Allyce’s last words were kissed by Severo.

The gentle kiss soon made her less resistant.

Severus saw his attitude soften and returned to his nature.

After calming down, Severo was about to take her back to the bathroom when he turned on the light and found her asleep.

Her face was full of fatigue, as if she was exhausted.

With a reluctant face, Severo lowered his head and placed another kiss on her lips.

She hadn’t looked very happy lately, and she hadn’t slept well at night, he knew.

And this made him feel vaguely uneasy, which was a bad feeling.

He looked at her lovingly for a long moment and made a secret decision before taking her to the bathroom.

The next day, Allyce woke up around noon.

Was it because he was always easily tired and sleepy due to his recent emotional ups and downs?

Allyce thought that was the most likely scenario.

There was no one beside him, but he could smell Severo’s scent in the room. This content provided by N(o)velDrama].[Org.

He rolled onto his back and saw the slender figure standing in front of the window.

Severo had one hand in the pocket of his suit trousers and was holding his mobile phone with the other.

“All the paperwork to be processed is being sent here”.

“Well, it is sent to ….”

Severo’s tone broke and he jumped back.

His eyes rested firmly on Allyce and he whispered something else into the other end of the phone before walking towards her on his long legs.

Allyce had just woken up, her mind still a little foggy, and she was a little surprised to see him in the room when she woke up.

“Wake up?”

Severo came over, sat down on the bed, reached out and touched her face, and was about to reach over and kiss her.

Allyce’s face darkened at the thought of the night before and she turned her head to the side to avoid his kiss.

Without realising it, he realised that the room was clearly not the bedroom of the cloud villa.

Her mouth opened wide in surprise: “How did we get here? The … you …”

Severo had just been denied a kiss and, of course, he wasn’t going to take it so well.

With one hand on the back of Allyce’s neck and the other pressed against her back, she tilted her head and locked her lips.

The gesture was so strong that Allyce was forced to accept it.

“That’s it, what needs to be said can be said”.

The kiss ended before Severo left his lips and pulled away from them.

Only his arms around her wouldn’t let go.

Allyce glared at him and looked around, only to realise that where she was now was actually her little flat from before.

His eyes were full of surprise, but there was a hint of joy in his tone, “How … did you get back?”

Severo took in her reaction and couldn’t help but curl his lips into a smile as well, but he didn’t answer her question directly.

“You are hungry, get up and eat”.

Severo said and got up and left, giving her time to get up, change and clean herself.

As she watched Severo slip into the open kitchen, Allyce was still a little disoriented.

How can you wake up and be back in your own home?

Severo had brought her here while she slept? But the problem was that she didn’t feel anything.

By the time Allyce had finished washing up, Severo had already prepared the food and brought it to the table.

Allyce sat at the table and smiled silently with pursed lips as she watched Severo return to the kitchen for another spoon.

The flat was full of memories of their past, and although they had been suspicious of each other at first, in Allyce’s mind, those days when she didn’t know Severo’s identity had actually been a happy time.

Perhaps it was because he felt more at ease after returning to the flat, and once he was in a good mood, his appetite increased.

Severo looked at her with a broadened appetite, his eyebrows widened and his face looked relieved.

Severo said as he gave him a plate to eat: “Eat more.

Allyce remembered something else at that moment.

“If we move like this, your grandfather he …” No doubt Tajo would not be happy, and perhaps he would hate her even more.

“Don’t listen to him, he’s old and grumpy”.

It was true that he was his own grandfather, and he was grateful that he had reached out to him after losing his mother.

But grandfather was surrounded by servants, each of whom strove to please him and be kind to him.

Not so his young wife.

She had a rough upbringing, few friends, few people who were kind to her, she was just a child, and if he had not taken the initiative to provoke her, she would not have been the target of her grandfather’s attacks and given him a hard time.

He would have sided with Allyce even if he had not intervened.

But it is difficult to have it both ways.

Even if he sides with Allyce, he has to take his grandfather’s feelings into account.

As a grandfather, it was natural for Tajo to be critical of his granddaughter-in-law.

Allyce hesitated for a moment and lowered her eyes, her voice a little low: “Or we should go back.

Looking at the food in front of him, he suddenly lost his appetite.

There was a moment of silence in the room.

After a few seconds, Severo’s voice was deep as he called out to her: “Allyce”.

“Hmm?” Allyce was unsure.

“Look me in the eye and tell me, do you really want to come back?” Severo’s dark, heavy eyes bore into her, with a cold, stark light bursting beneath them.

Under Severo’s gaze, she didn’t have the courage to lie.

He closed his lips and whispered: “I don’t want …”.

She did not like that the place that had belonged to her and Severo was now crowded with all sorts of servants and that so much furniture had been added.
