Chapter 10 Near With Him Again
Chapter 10 Near With Him Again
Although the driver doubted, Yasin Ho always meant what he said, so the driver turned the car around and went back to the station.
Instead of the bus, a Maybach came over. Janine He didn't think much and continued to look in the direction of where the bus would come.
Suddenly, the black Maybach's back row window rolled down. Then, a deep and low magnetism male voice sounded, his mellow and rich of texture's tone was incompatible with that crude station: "Get ib the car."
Janine turned her head and looked into Yasin's eyes.
Janine was shocked, was he talking to her?
Janine instantly looked around to see if there were other people. She then realized that there was nobody around; Yasin was talking to her!
Janine then hurriedly explained: "Mr. Ho, I am not a journalist, and I'm sure that you noticed it at the banquet just now..."
Yasin frowned and became slightly impatient: "Get in the car! I don't want to repeat it for the third time!"
As soon as Yasin became a little bit hastless, Janine felt a suffocating pressure that suddenly surrounded her.
Janine thought about it. Yasin had ordered her to get in the car. Did she have another choice? What power did she have to revolt?
So, Janine nodded, looked at it for a while, and opened the front passenger door.
However, he locked the door, and she couldn't open it.
Janine then glanced at Yasin; although she didn't want to, Janine opened the back row door.
This time, she opened the door with little force.
Janine sat in the car.
Fortunately, there was a lot of space in the car. Even though Yasin had taken half of it, she still sat there with a big gap between them.
"Address," Yasin said briefly.
"Oh." Janine then told the driver: "Excuse, you can take me to the Shuigang District on Yutan Road. Thank you!"
It seemed that the driver had never been there before. He checked the address in the navigation before starting the car.
The car was quiet. Because Yasin's there, Janine felt like she couldn't relax and breathe properly.
Janine didn't even dare to ask Yasin why he was suddenly being nice to her and sending her home. Janine could only stay quiet and kept the questions to herself.
That night the traffic was excellent; it took half an hour to go to Janine's house from here. Since the driver drove fast and steady, Janine realized that they were near Yutan Road only after a little while.
Although Janine didn't turn to look, she could see from her eyes corner that Yasin seemed a little tired; he kept his eyes closed for rest. And with the car's excellent soundproofing, she even could hear Yasin's slight breathing sounds.
The atmosphere became tenser, Janine felt that almost half of her body was practically stiff because of the tension.
Just as the driver was reaching Yutan Road, Yasin suddenly opened his eyes.
Yasin turned his head and looked at Janine: "Have you ever learned how to play the piano?" Ccontent © exclusive by Nô/vel(D)ra/ma.Org.
Janine then turned her head and nodded: "Well, I had learned it when I was young."
When Janine turned her head, Yasin looked her eyes.
The memory suddenly hit Yasin, like lighting going through the layers of fog. It reminded him what happened seven years ago when he was chased and drugged by his twin brother. He met this girl at Jian's Family's house.
At that moment, the light in the car was dim, much like the light in the attic.
And Janine's face made Yasin focus his attention on her eyes immediately.
Janine's face was dark in the shadows, and her eyes were the only bright color there. That was why Yasin couldn't help being attracted by the clarity and brightness of her eyes.
It was as if Yasin had once again seen the elves walking through the snow.
He had been looking for the girl for the past seven years, but Yasin had never found anything.
Back then, after he fainted and woke up in the middle of the night, the girl was not there, but Yasin still remembered the bright red on the window that stung his eyes.
After that happened, Yasin left the building all wounded, he then solved the problem with his twin brother. Yasin then returned to the house to look for the girl. But there was nothing there.
In the past seven years, it seemed like the girl just vanished and never appeared again.
Yasin's ring that represented his wealth and status also disappeared that night.
While in the car, Janine found out that Yasin had been looking at her. Janine's heart immediately sank! These rich people, their mind tends to be perverted. God knew what this person was thinking!
Janine then looked outside the window and saw that she had reached the neighborhood of the residential area. Janine quickly smiled and said: "Mr. Ho. I arrived. Thank you!"
The driver stopped the car, then Janine bowed to Yasin and was about to open the door to leave, but she realized that he locked it!
