Chapter 35 Cooperation
Chapter 35 Cooperation
She had the same reaction as Spencer saw the documents.
Rosalie was hit hard.
The ‘nightmare’ of a few years ago was not done by Aleena?!
She had hated her for years, and now she was told she had made a mistake!
Rosalie's emotions were mixed.
She didn't know whether to cry or laugh.
The one wanted to hurt her was not Aleena but Daphne.
From so early Daphne had already begun to premeditate to hurt her.
Rosalie laughed ironically.
Subconsciously, she wanted to call Spencer, but she pressed the dial button and soon turned off the
phone.
No, she could not make a call to Spencer.
Wait a minute!
Rosalie suddenly thought of something.
Was Aleena not dead?!
Rosalie's fingers ran over the paper.
If Spencer knew that she knew the truth, he would take her to see Aleena.
Even if that were the case, she could never do it.
Aleena were such a repulsive person to her that she would not easily forgive her.
Rosalie put the document back where it was.
She took several deep breaths before she finally made up her mind and rang the phone.
And the caller was not some other insignificant person, but Daphne.
Daphne soon answered the phone. He voice was excited and happy, “Travis!”
“It's me, Rosalie.” Rosalie said in a low voice.
“Why are you calling?!” Daphne's voice suddenly became sharp.
“I want to cooperate with you.” Rosalie said, “Don't worry. I'll deal with our things later.”
Cooperation?
Was this some new kind of joke?
She and Rosalie had a fight, but now Rosalie said she wanted to cooperate with her?!
What did they have to work with each other?
Daphne laughed and said, “Rosalie, what are you trying to do?”
“I doubt Aleena is not dead.” Rosalie did not want to talk nonsense with her and went straight to the
point. “I already know what you did before, but I am not interested in you now, because compared with
you, Aleena is more worth worrying about.”
What?
Aleena was not dead yet?!
“How do you know?” Daphne said, “You saw her jump off the building with your own eyes.”
“I'm not lying to you. The chance of her survival should be about 90 percent.” Rosalie said, “You can
also distinguish between the primary and secondary contradictions, OK? The most important thing now
is to get Aleena out of the way.”
“But I can't believe she's not dead.” Daphne said, “How could she not be dead? She jumped from the
seventh floor.”
“It's entirely possible if there is a substitution.” Rosalie said, “It's very possible that someone helped her
escape, and the body we saw was fake.”
Daphne frowned.
“Cooperate or not, give me a quick answer.” Rosalie said coolly, “I have put down the hatred, what are
you afraid of?”
Daphne bit her lip, hesitated for a long time before agreeing, “OK.”
Rosalie hanged up the phone, looked at that document, feeling empty in heart.
For the last time, this time she would not rest until she had seen Aleena die.
Sorry, Aleena.
Even if she was not the one who hurt her, she was the one who took Spencer.
She had nothing left.
Aleena could not ruin the happiness of the rest of her life. NôvelDrama.Org holds © this.
...
“How are you feeling today? Is the child all right?” Spencer came into the ward with fruit in his hand,
and his eyes softened as he saw Aleena reclining in bed watching TV.
“Yes.” Aleena answered.
“Good, I bought you the fruit you like.” Smiling, Spencer picked up the bag. “I'll get it ready for you.”
Aleena turned her head to look at the man who was washing fruit, and said, “Don't you regret it? This is
Travis' child.”
“There's nothing to regret.” He smiled, “I now wish you could give birth to this baby. I'll raise him with
you.”
Aleena looked at his earnest appearance and got absentminded.
He would come over to accompany her every day now. No matter what requirements she had, he
would meet her. He became gentle, no matter how vexatious she was, he dealt with it with a smile.
Sometimes she even felt she had a good dream, which would soon wake up, and the world would be
the same. No one would believe her, and she would still be alone.
“What are you thinking?” Seeing her being in daze, Spencer took her hand, but as he touched it, he
frowned bitterly. “Why are your hands so cold?”
Then he began to ramble on about keeping warm.
She did not even notice the radian of her mouth when she heard his words of concern.
