Alpha King’s pregnant Ex-Luna

By the time Tony awoke from his slumber, a tantalizing feast had already been spread out across the dining table.

Thalia, with a wicked grin on her face, sat eagerly devouring the extravagant spread of food. Lobsters, crabs, and a myriad of delectable dishes from the town’s finest eateries adorned the table.

Tony groggily rose from the couch and stumbled towards the table. “Why didn’t you wake me?”

“The food had just arrived, and I wasn’t sure whether to disturb your slumber,” Thalia replied mischievously.

Suddenly, Tony’s hunger dissipated, but the sight of the mouthwatering food rekindled his appetite, and he eagerly dug in.

“While I was collecting the food earlier, I ran into your great-grandfather downstairs,” Thalia smirked as she glanced at Tony.

A shiver ran down Tony’s spine, freezing him for a moment. “And what happened?”

“I thought he wouldn’t recognize me, but he did! He even came up to say hello,” Thalia chuckled. “Seems like beautiful women leave a lasting impression…”

“You didn’t spill any secrets, did you?” Tony asked, his voice laced with concern.

Thalia shot him a smug look. “Don’t worry. You think I’m that foolish?”

Tony winced inwardly. Ha! Who knows?

Curiosity prickled Tony, and he slowly reached for a succulent piece of lobster meat. Despite his youth, he exuded an air of grace and refinement even while eating.

“He invited me to your house for a meal sometime when I’m free,” Thalia revealed, a mischievous glint in her eyes. “Does your great-grandfather happen to be a skilled cook?”

Tony stared at her, his eyes like daggers. “Don’t even think about it.”

“Why not?”

“How am I supposed to explain it to my mother?”

“I’m your martial arts instructor, aren’t I? We can always use that as an excuse.”

“My mother can see through lies with ease,” Tony explained. “There’s no fooling her.”

“Well, who knows? Maybe your family already knows I’m here,” Thalia nonchalantly remarked as she continued her feast.

Tony froze.

Oh no! She might be right!

When Alpha Kilian finally returned home, he discovered Nelly and Alpha Zachary engaged in lively conversation in the living room.

The sight of their happiness brought relief and a smile to Alpha wade’s face. Zachary is a dependable and grounded man. If he and Nelly get together, I’m sure he’ll provide her with a stable life.

Meanwhile, Alpha Zachary noticed Alpha wade’s arrival and immediately rolled up his sleeves, ready to lend a hand.Content is © 2024 NôvelDrama.Org.

“Let me help you, Old Mr. Jackson.”

“No, no, no. You two continue your conversation. I can handle this,” Alpha Kilian insisted.

“Nelly just got back from the hospital, so I think it’s best for her to rest. Plus, I can help you with the preparations. It’ll be faster that way,” Alpha Zachary suggested, stealing a quick glance at Nelly. With that, he unloaded groceries and started washing the vegetables.

Feeling increasingly pleased with Zachary, Alpha wade eventually relented and allowed him to assist.

As they cooked together, Alpha wade turned to the younger man. “Zach, what are your thoughts on Nelly?”

Alpha Zachary stole a glance at Nelly, who appeared relaxed on the couch with her eyes closed, resembling a contented cat.

“She’s amazing. I can’t quite explain what it is, but being around her makes me feel at ease,” Alpha Zachary sincerely expressed.

Alpha Kilian raised an eyebrow. “But do you not find Nelly beautiful?”

“You must be joking, Old Mr. Jackson. She’s stunning! However, her beauty is just one facet. Her true value lies in her personality,” Alpha Zachary replied earnestly.

Alpha wade nodded approvingly. “In that case, do you have feelings for her? Please forgive my directness, Zach. As her grandfather, I only want someone who will love and respect her. If you don’t feel that way, then forget I mentioned it-”

“I do!” Alpha Zachary interrupted suddenly. “Old Mr. Jackson, I’ve fallen for Nelly since the moment I laid my eyes on her. I wouldn’t jest about something like this!”

Happiness washed over Alpha wade, but an underlying worry still lingered.

“What about your family? Will they accept your relationship? You know Nelly is divorced and has three children…”

A mysterious glint sparkled in Zachary’s eyes at those words.

“I’ll talk to my family,” he declared. “I don’t know how they’ll feel about it, but rest assured, I am resolute in my decision. As long as you trust Nelly with me…”

Alpha Kilia

was stunned, his smile freezing momentarily.

He understood the difficulties that Nelly’s situation presented, especially to a wealthy and prominent family. In their eyes, a woman’s background held paramount importance. How could they see Nelly, a divorcee with children, in a favorable light?

Ah, such is life. No matter how much I believe Nelly is extraordinary, she will always be bound by harsh societal expectations. Sadly, there is little I can do to change that.

Alpha wade smiled and patted Zachary’s shoulder. “It’s alright. Take your time.”

Zachary furrowed his brow, knowing words alone would not be enough to overcome this obstacle. He would have to prove himself through actions.

Soon, Alpha wade had prepared an enticing array of dishes on the table.

Regardless of the Lucas family’s disposition, Alpha wade was certain of one thing: Alpha Zachary was a good man. Even if things did not work out between Zachary and Nelly, nothing would stop Alpha Kilian from admiring and appreciating him.

“Let Nelly know that lunch is ready,” Alpha wade instructed.

Alpha Zachary nodded and approached the couch.

“Nelly,” he whispered softly.

In an instant, Nelly’s eyes fluttered open, her hand poised to strike.

Alpha Zachary swiftly reached out and caught her. “It’s me, Nelly.”

Nelly glared at him, her hand still suspended in the air.

“Did I startle you?” Alpha Zachary inquired.

Nelly slowly eased her hostility and replied, “No, I just had a bad dream.”

Alpha Zachary beamed warmly. “Well, it’s time to get up for lunch!”

“Sure,” Nelly mumbled as she rose from the couch and joined Zachary at the table.

She stretched lazily, savoring the tantalizing aroma wafting through the air. “Ah, there’s nothing quite like home.”

“Yes, you get to stay in the comfort of your own home, but poor Zach here has to put in the effort to change your dressings,” Alpha wade chimed in with a warm smile.

“It’s no trouble at all. I’m more than happy to assist,” Alpha Zachary chuckled.

Nelly ignored their banter and settled herself at the table.

“Come on, Zach, take a seat and dig in,” Alpha wade warmly invited.

Without hesitation, Alpha Zachary followed suit.

Suddenly, a memory resurfaced within Alpha Kilian, prompting him to speak up. “Hey Nelly, guess who I ran into on my way upstairs?”

“Who?” Nelly mumbled, her mouth still full of food.

“It’s the young lady who helped Tony when he got lost. Remember? She’s quite a beauty,” Alpha wade mused. “Funny thing is, she lives in the same area as us. Such a small world, isn’t it? We never realized it before.”
