Agreement Behind Her Marriage

Throbbing

The next day, Mr. Yu returned to Walton Group to meet with Drew once more.

Jenny was constantly aware of Mr. Yu’s persistent attention, and it had an impact on her. Just with his intense gaze, she felt a fire piercing through her body. However, she had no idea who the man was and kept herself at a distance.

After marrying Jericho, she no longer desired to be fooled again. She believed that by marrying him and joining his family, she would lead the life everyone desired.

Who would have guessed that her husband was a bastard from the Cordova Family, preventing him from attaining a higher position in their company? This hindered them from enjoying wealth while still adhering to the tiresome and strict rules of the family.

Jenny had grown weary of dealing with her husband’s family’s constant criticism over her four years of marriage. She had given up her career as an escort and model just to lead this boring life.

If only she could seduce Drew again. She was more attractive than his wife.

She even made an attempt to speak with the club manager, to whom Drew had previously made frequent visits. However, they claimed Drew had terminated his membership after he got married.

There are no ‘extra’ activities for her boss. He either returns home or remains in his office, doing nothing except attending to his duties as their President, making everyone believe he’s a loyal husband.

Sarah came over, stopping her from speculating.

“Jenny, once Boss Drew finishes his meeting with Mr. Yu, please send the guest downstairs.”

“Huh? Why is it me?” She wanted to stay as far away from the man as she could. “Who was he anyway? Doesn’t he know how to find his way out?”

“He’s an investor, an important guest! Also, this is an order and not a request! Remember that I am your boss!”

If Sarah wasn’t most of Drew’s trusted employees, she would have strangled her.

When Drew and Mr. Yu concluded their meeting, Jenny donned the persona of Walton Group’s ideal employee, smiling and awaiting his departure. She sensed the warmth emanating from his body as she guided him towards the elevator. Despite feeling a surge of affection for the man, Jenny swallowed her emotions, making a conscious effort to keep them in check.

While in the elevator, he asked, catching her off guard, “Do you believe investing in the Walton Group is a wise decision? Please don’t fret; I won’t disclose what you shared with me to your boss.”

She replied, “The Walton Group is one of the wealthiest. Whether or not you invest doesn’t significantly impact the company.” She then recalled Jericho’s recent issues. “I know of a business that would make the ideal investment. Are you familiar with Cordova Construction?”

With Jericho lingering in her thoughts, she initiated an illicit connection with Oscar at that point.

After inviting her to dinner, Oscar also proposed a luxurious spa visit, a luxury she hadn’t indulged in for a long time. Once she felt comfortable in his presence, he gifted her an expensive bag and later jewelry-things she hadn’t received during her marriage. This led her to the conclusion that it would be best to end her relationship with Jericho.

The emotions and attractions she felt for Oscar were genuine-that’s what she believed.

Drew’s strategies worked well. Despite knowing each other for just a week, Jenny seemed to be overwhelmed by the gifts Oscar provided her.

Jenny believed Oscar to be a wealthy Chinese businessman. Given the size of the firm Oscar ran, she had no concerns. However, she was unaware that if Drew refused to support him, his company would be at risk of failure.

Oscar informed Drew of the details he learned about Jericho from Jenny. While playing tricks on Jericho, Drew spent millions of dollars on Cordova Construction, assisting Jericho’s brother in securing the position of general manager.

Oscar may have achieved two objectives with one move-having Jenny and the investment-but Drew doesn’t care about that. He obtained what he desired and didn’t lose anything; he invested in two businesses without giving Jericho anything, including his precious marriage and the job he had worked so hard to obtain.

Drew only needed money to exact revenge on Jericho Cordova. He didn’t bother to share all his plans with Lily because she was too focused on her classes and the recent events in the Martin household.

“Boss Drew! We have bad news,” Sarah exclaimed, rushing into his office. As he observed his assistant, it was evident that the information she brought was troubling.

Pausing from his paperwork, he asked, “What happened?”

“Our partner, Mr. Valerio, traveled from the province and is currently resting at the hotel. He requested the documents and contracts that require signatures, so I asked Carlo and Jenny to meet him. However, he recognized Jenny as the escort he had hired before.”

Did Jenny’s past concern the Walton Group or Drew? He had hired and utilized their services, so who was he to pass judgment? It shouldn’t affect the company unless its employee was in danger.

“Carlo called and informed me that Mr. Valerio asked him to leave the suite, leaving Jenny behind. She didn’t want to stay alone with our partner, but he humiliated her and threatened them, saying he wouldn’t sign the documents. Jenny then agreed to stay because she didn’t know what to do.”

“Shit!”

Drew hurried to the hotel in response. He needed to intervene to defend the Walton Group, picking up his secretary.

He was incensed by the fact that Jenny had seemingly agreed to their client’s demands. Why was she acting so foolishly?

He was pleased with that, though, as one who was also playing tricks on her, using Oscar.

He didn’t, however, anticipate seeing Lily with Kael. After observing how close Lauren’s brother was to his wife, he became enraged. His envious heart was furious!

His foolish secretary spread lies out of control! He was given weird stares by Lauren and Lily, making him appear as though he were a grilled fish. He drew Lily away so she wouldn’t continue to listen. However, the sight of Kael and Lily caused his raging heart. He continued to grind his teeth until they reached their home.

“You won’t be meeting Kael!” he sharply warned.

“You are unbelievable!” Lily responded in a loud tone. When did she learn to answer him this way? “Was that really what you were going to tell me?”

“Yes!”Text content © NôvelDrama.Org.

Lily curled up her hands. “Well, I’m sorry to say that Kael and I are friends!”

“No, you’re not!” His shout almost resounded throughout their house.

Lily’s face turned crimson. He sensed Lily attempting to contain her feelings of resentment towards him. To see how furious she was made him feel thirsty and desperate. He wanted to pin her on the painted wall.

He is definitely mentally unstable, lusting after his wife when she clearly wants to hit him in the face.

“You are unbelievable, Drew Walton! Perhaps you believe that since we are only temporarily husband and wife, you have the right to control me and cheat on me. Well, go to hell, you motherfucker!”

He came forward. His temper increased, but fucker, motherfucking hell, he realized that his cock was also in a rage! The sight of her getting angry made him horny! Immediately, he desired to teach Lily a lesson.

“When did you start cursing? And really, to me? You grew hardheaded, Lily. Do I need to teach you a lesson?” he asked her darkly.

“You will not be going to touch me! I’m done with scumbags, Drew! You better know!” Lily muttered in agony, then turned away from him and mounted the stairs.

“Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!” He couldn’t stop cursing. He had a throbbing, aching cock and had no idea what to do about it. It wasn’t until then that he realized he never gave a reason for why he was with Jenny.

“Damn it!”

Lily may probably have thought he cheated on her.

Shit! He was terribly and utterly screwed! That was the first time he and Lily had an argument. He looked down at his tightened pants.

‘This is your fault, buddy!’
